I was told the drive-through was closed and I could come inside to order which I did and waited 32 minutes for my food. The ice machine didn’t work I asked the person that they register for ice, and they rolled their eyes and filled with my cup with barely any ice at all after I finally got my food they told me they were out of Biscuits which was one of the reasons I went to KFC to begin with and said I could wait eight minutes or take a corn muffin. I decided to not let my food get cold so I accepted the corn muffin when I got back to my car I realized my corn muffin was ice cold unlike my drink.

Walked into this KFC yesterday afternoon and there were no less than 7 or 8 people waiting for their food. Was told by two of them as I walked around that they hoped I wasn't in a hurry. No excuse for a "fast food" place to take that long getting orders prepared. I left and went across the street to Arby's. In and out in like 5 minutes!

Ordered in the app. Food was excellent. Four piece meal should have one each of the 4 pieces of chicken they offer, but mine was short a wing and had an extra leg which causes conflict when you are feeding 80+ year olds and one only eats the chicken wings from a chicken. Hopefully this was just a one time issue, but hey, extra leg for me!
I’m lovin it. I always this drive thru late night. This place’s taste & quality is great & they gave me some more leftover chicken than we ordered. Far better than the State College one who never makes my order right.
Didn't get all of my food, tried to call to get a refund. They don't answer and don't even have a voice-mail set up
