Highly disappointed with McDonald’s in Clearfield by I80. We asked for Sweetend tea and we got unsweetened tea. When we told them it wasn’t sweet tea we got a response of “if it’s not sweet tea then what is it” in a rude way. I said it’s unsweetened tea. She then responded with “I can give you new tea but I don’t make it so”. After that response I said no we’re good because I could tell that the girl didn’t want to go get us new tea as if we were a bother to her. They did give us sugar packets in our bag to put in our tea after the fact since we had to wait. We both also got burnt cheese burgers and our food was cold. We also had to wait 10 minutes for our food. They had us pull up and park. There were only two of us so it wasn’t like we ordered a lot. Just super disappointed with this McDonald’s.

This McDonalds is about the only one that doesn't screw your order up.but it takes like a minute to place your order and 20 minutes to get your food.whatever happened to fast food

I ordered breakfast at 10 a.m. and wasn’t going to arrive until 10:30. I ordered early to avoid being late, but when I got to the second window, they told me breakfast was over, everything was put away, and they couldn’t fulfill my order. They charged me without notifying me of the issue beforehand. Instead of offering me an alternative, they just handed me coffee with no flavor. ( was supposed to be french vanilla)
I understand breakfast ends at a certain time, but it’s disappointing that the crew didn’t communicate better. If an order is placed well in advance, it should at least be started. While they did refund the money to my card, it’s still frustrating to go there for breakfast and leave with nothing. The lack of coordination and failure to offer a solution made the experience very disappointing.

Placed a mobile order to be picked up at the counter. Nothing was ready, not a worker in site. Worker came up to the counter and said hi and walked away. Employee made sandwiches without gloves on. Other employee put hash browns in the deep fryer, dropped some on the floor and proceeded to put them in the basket and in the deep fryer. Will not be coming back here.
