We visited this branch in July and were very surprised by the service. First, we placed our order and were given a number for table service. We chose a table, placed the number, and waited. After about 10 minutes, we went to check on our order and found it had just been left in a paper bag on the counter. The staff seemed surprised when we asked about it. We also asked where our drinks were, and they told us it was self-service.

The tables were dirty, which was also shocking. In the UK, we usually receive much better service at McDonald’s.

I was traveling from New York to Chicago late at night around 3:15 AM on July 24th. Feeling a little sleepy, I stopped at this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was closed for cleaning between 3:00 and 4:00 AM. Luckily, I met the kind lady in charge that night. I asked if she could make me a black coffee, and without hesitation, she ran the machine just for me. She didn’t even charge me and simply wished me a safe journey—with the most beautiful smile.Moments like this remind me that good people truly make the world brighter. I don’t know your name, but I’ll definitely stop by again whenever I pass this way. You gave me a memory I’ll always cherish. 💘♾️

14659 Clearfield Shawville Hwy, Clearfield, PA 16830- The food was decent but they forgot a sandwich claiming it wasnt on the receipt and i proved that false. all the workers were on their phones making jokes and being unprofessional. When i went to ask about the sandwich it took 5 minutes if yelling excuse me to get them to notice me. The lid dispenser was empty and we had to ask for some. The ketchup pump was disgusting and crusty. All the tables were covered in food and crumbs. We had to clean our own table. And the music was entirely too loud. Like they had turned it up. 100% do not recommend this location.

My wife and I went in to order two breakfast combos we did it on the point of sale touchscreen and then ended up waiting for about 25 minutes
The staff was a hot mess, order Number wasn’t even displayed on the touchscreen
I had to ask them what our order number was on the screen.

Finally received the sandwiches and hashbrowns without .the 2 black medium Coffees.

Had to lean over the counter and beg for attention several times let them know we needed our coffees..
while the team was assembling sandwiches and bagging up food for the drive-in for the drive-in and pick ups

Food was OK coffee was good waste of time on a 300 mile trip

Just went through the drive through amd got two adult meals with the shakes. The quarter founders, do you have ton pay more for the bottom part of the burger rolls. Nothing like getting home a 10 minutes from the store to find out they only gave you the tip portion of the bun on both quarter pounder this is the goodwill of mcdonalds, just know that when eating here.

The worst experience at a drive thru I’ve ever had. We were traveling and stopped for an early lunch around 11am, we waited for our food for 30 minutes. I went inside to see what was taking so long and not a single staff member was at the counter. The man next to me said he had been waiting on a mobile order for 45 minutes. If we waited longer we would have been late to work so we left without ever getting the food we PAID FOR. Flushing $12 down the toilet would have been a better use of money than going here. I was furious, I will NEVER go to this McDonalds again. If you can’t staff a restaurant close it down. If I could give 0 stars I would.

30 minute wait in the drive thru. They had cars parked everywhere, waiting on drive thru food. Worst experience with McDonald's ever, won't ever stop there again,left that much of a mark.

on 7/18/2025 I went through the drive thru and waited in line for 10 mins before reaching the speaker, then another 20 mins to get my food after being told to pull up to the last window where I sat with my 4-year old in my car as it was hotter than a rainforest in South America! I wasted a quarter tank of gas just idling in the drive thru just so that we wouldn't end up with heat exhaustion! I guess at the very least we did not have worry about our food being cold that day!

This places has gone to actually poop , like who is running this business it super unprofessional and I know it’s McDonald’s so it not saying a lot but as a business owner or franchise I would 100% not wanna be the face of this one!
