EDITED: I received a phone call from one of the store managers of this location, they apologized and isn't sure why it was made that way, but she did tell me they have a couple coupons for me to pick up at the store for a free sub. I do appreciate the call and the apology. I will definitely still go to this subway. I've never had any issues at this location until this, and it was made right. The employees are always nice and they do work at a fast pace.
I have never had any issues at this subway location, until tonight. One of my kids' sub bread was burnt, black! And he couldn't eat half of the bun because it was so tough...and it was NOT toasted!( at least it wasn't supposed to be).... I don't know why they would have used this burnt bun!

I stopped coming for a while as I was sick of one of the staff members always complaining about how much work she does and no one else does any work and the attitude she gave off. I came l 9back after a couple months and wanted soup at night and there wasn't any as they ran out 2 hours s before closed so they didn't make any more. Came in another night for soup andgot the same excuse. If you going to have soup, they have it til u close. It's like saying we have no ham so we can't make a sandwich because u don't want to take the time to slice more. I have heard from the staff how they try and get the close up things done early. If u say that u are open til 9 then u should have the food available. Clean up time is after u close not before u close!

Price and food was really good but a couple employees there seem to have a attitude. Alot of huffing and puffing during sandwich orders. Wasn't directed towards me personally but it made me feel like a inconvenience .plus it seemed as if couple employees may have not been seeing eye to eye that day.
