Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

When you order a large cone you expect a large not a small. Got a small the day before and the large was the same size as the small. Confirmed it was the correct size, was told goes by the swirls, hmm1/2 swirl max makes it a large???😠 $$

After three visits with the same result... I don't even know what Rita's sells. I seem to think it is some purgatory hellscape that people visit to stand about and park due to how many people standing in line without a thing in their hands after being in line for nearly 15 minutes. This applies to the nine cars in the drive thru that haven't moved in that amount of time either. Rita's sucks. People go there to stand, park and waste their lives. That's about it. I left with nothing as many others did. I won't return.

Third time in a row they gave me a large custard smaller than my wife's small.

Would rather have dairy queen. Employees seem stressed, and sizes are never accurate as cups will only be half full. Feel bad for the kids working in this place, as it seems they are poorly trained and just confused.

Very expensive but their frozen yogurt is REALLY good

Horrible experience. We were waiting for 40 minutes and the workers were only attending the people of the drive tru with a line of people leaving because of the long wait. Even after we rang the bell nothing was said or done and we had to leave. If they were understaffed or unable to serve people that should have been communicated in order to not wasted peoples time. Time is valuable.

This is a perfect stop for spring. I bring my kids and my parents most weekends.

I have been the Cleona Rita’s a number of times, during the summer weekly. Two employees stand out Addison and Kody. Both provide exemplary customer service, very polite, and courteous have always greeted me with a smile and “What can I get for you” and made sure I was satisfied with my Dr. Pepper Italian Ice, that happens to be amassing as well.

Been there twice in a week my juicy pear Italian had big chucks of ice wasn't good I was there again today for raspberry custard it was really small it didn't fill up the cup I order a kids raspberry custard to try it for the first time before that was almost as big as my large this has happened to me the year before your portions years before were good

DoorDash forgot an item in the order. Rita’s sent a driver to my place even as they were closing. Gelatis are always amazing from this location and the delivery is much appreciated.
