This Subway could easily be like any other Subway store but what sets it apart is its excellent customer service. The gentleman who assisted me was highly personable and friendly in a way that meant I wasn’t simply being sold a product but an experience. I work outside and he went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable, happy, and warm in this winter season.
Great place! Clean, well maintained, good food. Go here all the time and always see the same guy. He’s unbelievable nice and respectful, always trying to help me find new options for my sandwich to help level it up or help me save money signing up on the app! These are the kinds of things that make people keep coming back.
Ordered two subs on line. Subs were ready when they promised, however when we went to eat them, they were not toasted nor did they have cheese on them. On the receipt they showed toasted and with cheese! Tried to call several times, calls not answered.
