Absolutely horrendous I’m not even sure how they’re still in business with as many Boston markets that are closing. Treated with a rude attitude. We took longer to order because they were out of things we wanted. Asked for gravy on the side got country gravy. Out of corn bread no monetary discount even though it's part of the meal. Grabbed money no thankyou. Never ever had that experience at a Boston Market. Also not positive but mashed potatoes tasted like powdered. Never going to Clifton Heights Boston Market again.

Showed up well before scheduled closing time.. over an hour. Nobody there. No signs indicating why they weren't open. Reading some of the reviews, it plausible they went out of business.
