Service was good but not the food. Too much ketchup and mayo to the point it was oozing out and could not finisheating it. Fries were way over salty, and the soda was lacking too. Unlike other locations, this BK is always kind of smoky inside.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. While waiting for my order, I asked to purchase two chocolate chip cookies. The manager kindly offered to give them to me for free, which I appreciated.
However, when I got them, the cookies were clearly BURNT and I could even smell it as I walked out. I remained quiet feeling like my intelligence was being insulted. I didn’t ask for anything for free, so it was frustrating to be given something of such low quality. This kind of experience is upsetting because it feels like the staff was being careless or trying to pass off bad food. The cookies were hard and crunchy!! No bueno!!

Was pretty clean inside and had a calm environment. I was having a pretty rough weekend and decided to take my son to Bk before the park. A white man wearing a black shirt (everyone else looked younger and was wearing red; I’m assuming he’s a manager or supervisor) was nice enough to bring my four year old a cup of ice cream and chocolate syrup for free. I just thought it was very nice and a random act of kindness because I really was having a rough day, was broke asf on that Sunday and used my last $9 to get my son a cheeseburger fries and apple juice. We did thank him there. A random act of kindness can really make someone’s day. What may be small to you can be big for others. I was really mentally in a rough space but seeing my son happy because of that made me teary eyed 😩🩵🩵 I will keep that in mind the next time I pay it forward.

Dude running the drive thru tonight was on point and had awesome service. Took care of our order with accuracy and pride. Food was super fresh.....Appreciate this kind of service, it's a rare find. If I knew him and his crew were working whenever I think of where to stop on the Pike, I'd head here every time!

Don't know how this BK still open! I wanted to give them a chance since they seemed to got alittle better during the week for breakfast despite their hours. Just ordered a whopper meal and I was so hype that I got hot fries! But mannnn the whopper tasted like it sat all day then got microwaved right before putting it in my bag! The bread was hard, the meat tasted old, and the lettuce and tomatoes were slimy like they were definitely microwaved. Like geesh, do better! Smh Y'all are gone catch a whole case out here with the food you selling there! Just close already....

Ordered in the drive thru, paid and was told to pull into the parking lot. Received my order, drove home, only to find out my kid's nuggets were missing and wasn't given a receipt to get my money back. So I'm leaving my review here.

Drove up to the drive thru and no answer at the menu and speaker. Then drove up to the window and saw no employees inside even though the sign on the fron says open and it's 8:30am on a Monday. Sad to say this is not the first time this has happened at this location.
I love their breakfast but this location sucks before noon. I sat in the drive thru behind 3 people for over 35 minutes! Then when I got to the window I sat another 10 minutes. I would’ve drove off like the person ahead of me but I had a mobile order and had already paid.

This place is NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are nasty and unsanitary. They had a lady that looked like she was high at the freaking drive thru tonight!!!!!! she was closing her eyes as she was making my drink!!!! I couldn’t drink my soda because of that. Y’all need to do better. The chicken burgers look like they been sitting there but 5 hours they are rock hard. I live close to this location and I try to give yall business but this place sucks. You guys need new management and employees desperately. Oh also the lettuce in my burger was BROWN. I had to take all that out. Pls do better or just shut this location down.

Walked in to order, early evening weekday as I was too lazy to make dinner that night. Promptly greeted, offered appropriate options by the person taking my order and food was ready within 6 mins, prepared as specified. The whole place looked super clean to the point I wanted to make sure I didn't spill anything pouring my drink at the fountain, lol....Compliments to the staff!

The place is nasty as hell all around the outside of the building. The little black girl at the drive up is rude. After asking her three times what she said while ordering she finally spoke clearly and I understood her fine. Why she couldn't just speak clearly the whole time I'm sure I'll never know.
