Two Pot Pies, and both are mushy. I called to speak with the manager, but there was no answer. I will be requesting a refund. Update: I received a total refund. That experience didn't kill my desire for KFC Pot Pie. I just brought one from a different location.

I ordered soda and they didn't have it and then I was told no refunds..after I had all ready paid my money....and had to settle for what ever drink ...after complaining they offered a side instead this is very bad bad business....

I was visiting from KY and we went here to order food for my niece. We asked for fresh fries and were told no immediately by the manager Jessika (I’m assuming that’s how you spell her name; couldn’t really tell by the accent). We asked to substitute mashed potatoes for fries in the $5 box and we were told that we could not do that either. When we got the food the fries and chicken looked and re-dipped. They were drenched in oil. When we mentioned the presentation of the food we were instantly met with an attitude from the manager. She did not offer to remake the order, she just said she would refund the money. Horrible customer service. Poor quality food. KY would be completely embarrassed by this smh.

if i could blow this place up i would. i ordered through uber eats food was old and cold.. paid for 4 extra bbq sauces along with the 4 the meal and i only got 4 random ass sauces. then i’ve been calling since last night and no one answers the phone .. just shut down atp

Horrible place to eat or get take out orders are always wrong missing items the employees are lazy and incompetent they don't know how to properly cook chicken there dirty they do bot clean or wash tables or wash there hands they don't wear gloves horrible establishment it's sad and embarrassing

The girl was handling food with no gloves, and her nails were very long, no way she washed all the germs from them before handling the food. Very unprofessional atmosphere also.
