Haven’t been to a KFC in over a decade and wow this was good! Staff were quick and very nice/ helpful. Place was clean and manager was very nice and attentive too. Will be back! Food hot and fresh! 3 people ate dinner and we’re stuffed with leftovers for under $40!

Coleslaw i got with my order had nothing but the vegetables in it had no mayo or what ever they use to make it was really bland the supervisor replaced the missing items but 2 different times items were missing or wrong

I only come here because it's close to my job. But the service is terrible and the food can be hit or miss. Most of the time the workers act like they don't want to be there or you're bothering them when asking for simple things like condiments or utensils. I have on more than one occasion gotten chicken that was either dried out or completely the opposite ; drenched in grease. If it wasn't purely for convenience I would never come here.

Worst place ever. They all take forever in there and then finally come out and tell you they don’t have your food. They forget 90% of the items you order and there’s no way to get refund at all.

Ordered from them via uber eats and it was a total disaster. Items missing from my order. Food was super cold and tasted old. Even the Pepsi tasted like crap. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Two Pot Pies, and both are mushy. I called to speak with the manager, but there was no answer. I will be requesting a refund. Update: I received a total refund. That experience didn't kill my desire for KFC Pot Pie. I just brought one from a different location.

I ordered soda and they didn't have it and then I was told no refunds..after I had all ready paid my money....and had to settle for what ever drink ...after complaining they offered a side instead this is very bad bad business....

I was visiting from KY and we went here to order food for my niece. We asked for fresh fries and were told no immediately by the manager Jessika (I’m assuming that’s how you spell her name; couldn’t really tell by the accent). We asked to substitute mashed potatoes for fries in the $5 box and we were told that we could not do that either. When we got the food the fries and chicken looked and re-dipped. They were drenched in oil. When we mentioned the presentation of the food we were instantly met with an attitude from the manager. She did not offer to remake the order, she just said she would refund the money. Horrible customer service. Poor quality food. KY would be completely embarrassed by this smh.
