They are incredibly rude! They close whenever they feel like it rather than business hours listed on the door/online. They yelled at me and said they weren’t going to make my order and to just leave. Annoying and unprofessional

The slowest fast food location I've ever been at. Absolutely awful. If you can, go anywhere else.

Not open when they say they are
Would do zero stars if possible. Was told we could only order a hard or soft taco because the person was the only one working. Get our food and it’s obviously old and gross.

Fresh and hot. Its been awhile since I had KFC too.
They barely have anything listed on the menu. I went twice to get honey barbecue chicken and they were out both times. I just give up on this location even though it's conveniently located. I've experienced this problem on previous visits before and it's not worth getting stuck behind another car after you decide not to order, because there's no way to get out of line.

Had none of the drinks i wanted, not even a bottle of water, so i order a starry—- it didnt have surup and was a nasty flavorless soda water. The fiesta potatoes were skimpy and chemical tasting. Only giving 2 starts because the lady at the window was nice.

After being threatened by store employees for showing him what I wanted to order on my phone rather then tell him and he gets my order wrong I felt the need to arm myself to protect myself and my family from the store employee. The manager having heard the employee threatening me saying things like "we can take this outside" and "I'm not from around here" she instructed him to go wait outside for me rather then argue in the store. With my family outside in the car I was in fear for mine and my family's safety and i recommend no one patronize the Clifton heights store. Infact I call for a boycott on taco bell until they can guarantee public safety from their employees. And forget being able to reach corporate. That's impossible due to the amount of complaints they get. And don't break a tooth on their rice that is hard as glass. They can't make rice right. I can't tell anyone what to do but taco bell will not get $1 outta me or my family ever again. I will be going to Plaza Aztec a lot more now. They are the best Mexican food anyway. It's worth the couple extra dollars when you are safe from employee threats!!!
