The owners had two dogs present at my brother’s wedding, one of which was not friendly towards people. They didn’t keep the dogs away from the wedding, and one of the guests got bit pretty badly by the dog because he tried to pet it and didn’t know it wasn’t friendly. It’s completely unprofessional to have your dogs running around a wedding to begin with, but then for the dogs to not even be friendly is a total safety issue. When I told the owner that she never should’ve had the dog out to begin with, she glared at me and wouldn’t break eye contact like she was trying to challenge me. The staff was rude and disrespectful to the wedding guests for pretty much the entire night. When they did the cake cutting, I had to physically pull the owner away because she stood DIRECTLY in front of the bride and groom while we were all taking pictures. The owner interrupted the wedding ceremony by walking down the wooden stairs while the rings were being exchanged, she slammed the metal gate to the kitchen closed, and then proceeded to yell “JEFF. JEFF.” while the officiant was speaking. It was a beautiful venue for the wedding, but if you were looking to be treated kindly and with respect, this is NOT the place you should get married.
Delicious food in warm cost atmosphere.

This place is really cute! The history is amazing and they are excited to share it with you. Food is mostly decent. The steak sandwich really is amazing, very tender, great with onions and mushrooms. Fish sandwich was not good. Apps are all pretty good. Soup was just normal soup. Where our issue was was the service. It's hard to guess how much is short staffing, organization, or lack of experience with a bigger group, but if you come here just plan twice as much time as you think you would usually need. Even just getting water took several requests. Not to say everyone isn't really nice though! There is a really nice drink selection inside, but if you sit out side you will need to go inside to look as there isn't a drink menu.

An absolute hidden gem!! We were on our way home from a day at Knoebels and we stopped in for dinner. It's honestly such a vibe! Outback, cabin, friendly vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was *chef's kiss! The apple pie and ice cream was an incredible ending to a great day! Absolutely will be back again when in the area!!

Our family gathered here after my mother’s funeral services. An amazing amount of history and even more amazing amount of work and effort in the owners journey to create such a wonderful place!
Truly unique little spot with fun German food. Crab fries were amazing, butternut squash soup was great.

This is a note / market feedback for the owner or marketing person - it was easy to know that you guys were open driving by (lots of great open signs) but from the road I couldn't see the establishment sign to know what it was (didn't know it was a restaurant/inn first time passing by until I searched on Google)
Hope this is helpful! If not feel free to disregard

Finally ate dinner at Olde’ Stone Tavern after years of driving by it. This amazing historic building is 214 years old! The owner has done an incredible job restoring it.
The food was delicious!

Mary is a good server, she has had lots of struggles saving this price of history, but has come our victoriously. A beautiful venue for family reunion, showers, parties and weddings. This was and still is an inn with two rooms upstairs which were occupied when we stopped to eat. She gave us and another family the history of the inn. I'd recommend if your in area. Lovely place for meeting friend or for a couple to have a romantic dinner. Loved it.
