This used to be a good pizza hut. First mistake was moving, taking away the buffet. Now you're lucky if you get hit food or the right order. Dominos Mount Carmeis by far better than pizza hut now.

They are using door dash for their deliveries when they don't have drivers so you dont get you food when it's hot or you just don't get food at all. They refuse to refund money for items that were not even delivered, but instead give a store credit,totally unacceptable. Kyle wanted to have confrontation outside... What kind of employee wants to threaten to fight their customers for their poor food and service. Ashley the manager is horrible too. All around, avoid Pizza Hut...read full review
