This used to be a good pizza hut. First mistake was moving, taking away the buffet. Now you're lucky if you get hit food or the right order. Dominos Mount Carmeis by far better than pizza hut now.

They are using door dash for their deliveries when they don't have drivers so you dont get you food when it's hot or you just don't get food at all. They refuse to refund money for items that were not even delivered, but instead give a store credit,totally unacceptable. Kyle wanted to have confrontation outside... What kind of employee wants to threaten to fight their customers for their poor food and service. Ashley the manager is horrible too. All around, avoid Pizza Hut at this location and don't do delivery. -10/10 do not recommend.

I am a frequent Pizza Hut visitor. And I’ve visited multiple pizza huts in my life. This particular one had great hot food and the wings (for the first time ever) were crunchy and didn’t taste like they were sitting out. I’d definitely recommend eating here.

Would give zero stars ordered and 2 and a half hours later received my food cold and wasn't even made right. To make it worse the night shift manger could have let us know that they only had 1 driver and it would be a extended wait but they did not and instead of remaking the food and making sure it was right they sent a 2hr old order out I will not order from here again with this horrible service and management problem.

I went into pizza hut and ordered off their 2 or more for 7. I got 2 pizzas with pan crust and wings. The total was almost 29 dollars. When my order came up they tried to replace my pizzas with the little rectangle ones. I spoke with the manager and explained I worked for a pizza hut and they are not the same size and that for what I paid I could of gotten the big box which is 3 pizzas that size 8 wings and bread sticks and she argued with me stating no that's 30 dollars well whoopee I already paid 29 what's a dollar when I am getting a 3rd pizza and bread sticks on top of what I ordered!! I won't be returning ever. This pizza hut has 0 hospitality, 0 respect for their customers and 0 understanding of cost. Then I get the pizzas and wings home the wings are so hard I can't eat them and the one pizza is made wrong. Called the store and was hung up on!

Waited 40 minutes for my order that was in the warmer. I had to ask the staff where my food was and it was found in the warmer. I was waiting inside and the empty tables were dirty. The guy at the register was not that friendly or concerned about my order. I feel there was no communication between the woman preparing my order and the man at the register. My food was barely warm til I got it. The pasta did not have much sauce on it and it was dry, probably from sitting in that warmer for 30 minutes! The breadsticks lacked any flavoring. The cinnamon rolls had the icing globbed on some and none on the others. I was very disappointed with the entire experience. I doubt I'll be ordering from this particular Pizza Hut location again.

We ordered take out on a Sunday afternoon through the Pizza Hut app. Our food was a few minutes late being prepared so we chatted with the lady at the register. She explained that they had received a large order shortly before we ordered and the customer had not picked it up. We offered to purchase one of the pizzas and the manager was nice enough to let us have the entire order. We fed 3 families with this generous gesture. We will definitely be returning to the restaurant and supporting them in the future!
