I usually skip this location for Thorndale or Downingtown instead because nearly everytime here though ...there is an order mistake, something as simple as ordering extra onions, in the app, instead read in store as NO onions. I think this time they originally put onions on, the cold burgers then went back and scraped them off. I do DD occasionally and get messages from customers, angry because of missing items from this location too.

The service was terrible. I came through drive-thru around 9:50 PM. The cashier taking my order had an attitude because she couldn’t hear me and after I raised my voice she gave me an attitude, snatched the money from my hand. I didn’t get her name, but she was young, had black hair and looked Hispanic. I won’t be coming back She treated me with disrespect just because she couldn’t hear me.

My had a birthday reward code the so called manager didnt understand..so mu showed her.still didnt honor it..dont go there in the morning around 5:45am
It said 24hrs and I got no answer from the drive thru after placing an order on the app. Waited at the speaker for 10-15 mins and drove around to see workers inside. Had to cancel my order for a refund. Probably dont go outside of normal hours

Usually don’t go to this McDonald’s because there are other decent locations, but I decided to try it again. Big mistake. The staff got my order wrong giving me medium fries instead of large, the nuggets were BURNT, the fries were stale and cold, and the aftertaste is still lingering a day later. Another Hispanic female with a dollar tree pink hair clip had the worst attitude. Other reviews about their food making you sick are spot on. You could hear employees coughing over the food prep. Absolutely horrible.
