Horrible-slow service would definitely benefit from proper management. The taps need cleaned and the place would benefit if the it would replace pretty much all of the current staff.

Went to get a 6 pack. Doesn't accept debit or credit cards. Had to use ATM which charges for use.
A great place if you want to get drunk or high. There is an ever present crowd at the door begging for money for a drink. An eyesore and a nuisance bar.
