I can not get a hold of anyone by phone ever. I've waited 30 minutes multiple times just to have someone answer and no one ever did. Is this store even open?

I ordered 5 pizzas to be delivered to my family's house. Everyone was gathered there the day before my aunt's funeral. I ordered and paid online with my credit card and requested that the pizzas be delivered at 430pm. When 530pm rolled around and the pizzas still weren't there, I called to find out what was going on. The manager told me they didn't have a delivery driver at 430pm. I didn't understand why they wouldn't have called me and told me that OR just delivered the pizzas when their driver arrived. I told him I was ordering from out of state and to please deliver the pizzas ASAP as my family was there waiting for them. When the delivery driver arrived at 550pm, he demanded payment for the pizzas that I had already paid for. The delivery driver didn't have a phone on him to call his manager. So my family called me asking what was going on. I had to call the manager for the second time. He said, "Oh, maybe the order got cancelled." Um, no. It already cleared on my credit card. The management and disorganization at this Pizza Hut was a hot mess! I can't even believe it.

Just placed an order tonight at 6:01pm for 1 large stuffed crust pizza, says it will take 10 to 20 minutes. I finally leave thier store at 6:51. I was one of 7 increasingly agitated customers all waiting over 30 mins. One guy got loud and angry after over an hour wait only to find his order was mostly wrong and the man claiming to be the GM "didn't know what to do" You have failed to meet the expectations YOU gave your customers then are at a loss on how to remedy the problem! Sub par pizza, head scratching customer service....

We got a deal in the email for $5.99 large 2 topping pizza. We ordered that and combined it with the 2 $5 medium 1 topping pizzas. Paid the order, $16.95. They called us to say they don't have the large thin crust - ok, swap it with the regular crust, no problem. They ended up giving 3 medium pizzas, cancelled our original payment and automatically charged more - $17.45. The manager started literally yelling at me telling how he's been doing this for 33 years and this is just how it will be and to "f*ck off lady". My jaw is dropped from this experience. Charge us more, reduce our order, and insult me? What the hell? For sure never coming back to this place and will tell everyone about it.

Buyer beware. This pizza hut is not managed well. Orders are frequently missing an item, or are incorrect altogether. Trying to get it corrected is an exercise in futility. I will not be a returning customer here any more. One too many mistakes.
They never have a driver. Constantly getting called to cancel order. The staff talks as if they do not care. Always out of pasta. Why even be open?

Last night I ordered 2 large pizzas and they were horrible. There was hardly cheese and the large pepperoni pizza had 6 pieces of pepperoni on it, not to mention they were burnt. Never again will I order from this place.

I've ordered from here twice now. First time was pretty skimpy on the cheese and it was overcooked. So this time I decided to do extra cheese. Paid $2 more for the exact amount of cheese as the first time and still overcooked. Completely different staff both times, which tells me it's a management issue rather than a staff issue. This is DEFINITELY not the quality expected from the chain and someone needs to step in. I'm from out of town and you guys in Coatesville are definitely not getting your money's worth at this location.

I just left pizza hut my order was 34.97 , I just got home they didn't put pepperoni on my large ult cheesy pizza my $ 5 pizza was a little over cooked, now no one is answering the phone. I can't come back out the house
