Best water ice
The product is good when they’re open and and they give the correct flavors.
Sometimes they aren’t opened when they’re expected to be. The flavors and quality are consistent. However one time I ordered a a sugar free flavor but they gave a full sugar flavor, which caused a blood sugar spike and drop. So the staff should be trained so that they pay attention to the difference between sugar free and full sugar. Thanks
Always happy when I leave! My personal favorite is a gelati with richies special water ice and vanilla ice cream.
Richie’s is the best!!! Their flavors and quality are excellent and customer service top notch, I would highly recommend them.

Stopped in a few days ago after seeing them on DoorDash I got the summer vibez and fruit punch!! 🤤 20/10 recommend!!! We will be stopping in more often can’t wait to try some other flavors and their peach cobbler ice cream sounds delicious as well so I’ll definitely be stopping back in the next day or two to try that!

Love the ice cream, especially my cookies n cream with strawberry in a big cone. Customer service is above and beyond.
Me and my children are regulars here 2 to 3 times a week .we all love it i always get a sundae and get a quart of 3 to 4 flavors of water ice to have in my freezer .always greeted with a smile .bestice cream around and amazing prices im always surprised how cheap it is .also they let us do a cookie booth which was awesome 👌. Definitely a must .

I went for the first time today got spaghetti ice cream but there was no strawberries in it and not much strawberry sauce but I’ll be back for the funnel cake and cheese pretzels and probably some flavored ice cream
Prices are a bit high but ice cream is good
Waterice tastes awesome and I recommend the pizza pretzels
