We liked the dark wood interior and the music. The person who seemed like the owner was nice, but our server left us hanging often and for long periods of time. The food was almost entirely unseasoned and unsalted, except for the mushroom dumplings, which were possibly the saltiest thing I’ve ever eaten. They were also out of falafel, which was almost the only vegetarian option. (Our server also thought falafel was a type of sausage.)In lieu of falafel, I ended up getting the $18 mac and cheese, which was missing the breadcrumbs and - despite all the cheeses listed on the menu - pretty much seemed like Velveeta. My partner got the cod, which was prepared fine, but the “Indian spiced rice” and “turmeric cauliflower” had zero flavor. Thankfully, we had soy sauce from the appetizer to douse everything in. The curry rice, spinach, and asparagus were also almost not seasoned at all. Shockingly, this meal was $85 and we didn’t get any dessert or alcohol.

This restaurant is part of a mission to resurrect the City of Coatesville to its former glory. A very nice place, interesting menu, nice bar, but a few kinks in service. As they progress, things will improve. It's just nice to have a high scale restaurant on Lincoln Highway.Parking: Awful

Went there on Sunday 1:45afternoon Said open but was not. Called and they said they were overwhelmed, busy, and short staffed so... they closed Not good for business especially for first timers.

I went there for the brunch this morning. I got the chicken and waffles, it was great. The waffle was cooked perfectly, chicken was crispy, fresh breaded and had a hint of spice in the seasoning. Just a subtle touch of spice. Everyone else loved their food too. Nice old building, very clean, nice atmosphere. Also it wasn't too busy, food came out fast as well.

I went with my friend for an early dinner, first time dining there and it was above my expectations I have to say, Our server was a delight very attentive and super nice helping with making food selections since I very indecisive when it comes to ordering but she was great I had the short rib with mash potatoes and asparagus and it was absolutely amazing the rib was so delicious and every bite was just flavor madness. The mash potatoes and asparagus were cooked to perfection all together everything was so good I was scrapping the plate to have every last morsel.

Walking in I was greeted by a friendly bartender who, when prompted with “red, dry,” recommended a Malbec, which turned out to be an enjoyable glass. We were there for a party of about 18 people, and we were allotted a large space with high top tables for mingling and a long table for our meal. We were promptly brought appetizers which were interesting, diverse, and tasty. We sat, made our selections, and ordered. The food came out over a period of about 20 minutes, which wasn’t ideal, but I understand they were down a chef due to illness that night. I got the shrimp po boy which was served on ciabatta with a side of corn tortilla chips. The chips were verging on too salted, and they would have made more sense if they had come with something to dip them in. The po boy was good, but between the ciabatta and the salty chips, the dish was on the dry side. They were out of the crème brûlée which was disappointing, but I got the chocolate lava cake which came with two scoops of ice cream. Yum! Dessert was fantastic. Overall it was a great experience, and I’d go again. It wasn’t perfect, but the staff was really friendly which set a good vibe. The architecture is cool, too. It’s the old Coatesville Cultural Society building, and you can tell they are being careful to maintain the ambiance while fixing it up and making it restaurant-shaped.Parking: Park in the lot off of Route 82 on Diamond Street.
