Babes and I went here this past Friday for the Beef Wellington. They offer it as a special only on the fourth week of the month. Let’s just say it did not disappoint. Exactly what you would want it to be. Melt in your mouth, no real knife needed ?.

This hidden gem is absolutely worth the detour if you are anywhere in the area.
This is an authentic English pub, it just happens to be in the middle of PA horse and farm country. The atmosphere is great, and everyone seems happy and friendly, even if it's a little close in there.
The food is outstanding. $11 for a bowl of soup? I was skeptical. While I do wish it was less dear, I can't take a thing away from the quality, flavor, presentation, or portion.

The mushroom soup is excellent, very tasty broth-based, and well balanced seasonings.

Then I had the special of the day, a pork vindaloo curry, and I have nothing but praise. Really spot on good heat without trying too hard. Excellent, and a good amount of it.

I like that the beer selection now covers more domestics.

Pricing was appropriate for both food and drinks.

Really lovely place, great ambiance...
