Great little spot for food, wait staff and owner are always extremely friendly.
If you need a basic meal, then this is the place. The food was satisfying but not above average. I ordered cabbage and ham soup with grilled cheese. My wife loved the meatloaf sandwich.
I live about a half hour away so it's been a while since I have eaten here. Until this morning, I stopped in and had a Western Omelet and home fries. I was definitely NOT disappointed!!! Both food and service were excellent! My daughter Olivia Heim was my waitress. I'm all about "supporting local businesses", but only if they're worthy of my support. Kay's Cardinal Restaurant is definitely worth it!!!

Awesome little "mom&pop" diner, I had breakfast here, it's was great, good service and wheb we ordered the food, it came out pretty quickly. Great priced. Limited parking tho.

It's ok. Typical small town diner/family restaurant. Nothing really great, but nothing bad.Biggest thing, definitely a local hangout. If you're not a local don't expect fast or decent service. You will be ignored, so they can wait on locals.

Woww. Never been in a place with so much negativity vibes from owner or them. First time there wasn't welcomed as the locals, good was over priced for portion. Just horrible experience, couldn't wait to o get out of
