I visited the new Cava in Palm Harbor tonight, which I’ve done a few times now and haven’t had any major issues other than long wait times for meals. It’s a busy, new location so I’m more than understanding of this and not usually one to complain but tonight really did it for me. I just paid 15 dollars for a bowl that was ice cold, not to mention not even filled up all the way, and with rock hard rice at the bottom that was clearly not cooked properly.
