I had the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich for lunch today and it was incredible. Quality food for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Now open for lunch! We had the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich today and give it a solid 10 out of 10! The sweet and salty garlic honey glaze paired with the crunchy coleslaw created an incredible flavor profile. Absolutely delicious! A wonderful family-run business that’s become an integral part of the Collegeville community!

The toughest calamari I ever had. The seafood pasta had a bit of crab and a lot of shrimp. But the shrimp were whole, with tail on. I'm not used to eating pasta with my fingers. The apple crumble for dessert was good.

Attentive service and unique atmosphere. Neat decorations and artwork. Quality food and solid portions. Fair pricing and a solid sized seating area. Nice family restaurant.

You may call it quaint, or you may call it quirky, but you can't call the food anything less then awesome!

Very cozy with low lighting. Intimate but has never been loud when I’ve gone. They are sweet about me bringing a book, eating slowly and having a glass of (byob) wine. The food is made with fresh and clean ingredients, cooked perfectly and delicious flavors paired. The desserts are very rich and best split or half saved for later but also still leave you feeling light. A great restaurant to go to for a relaxing time, present staff and great food that won’t cancel out your last two workouts or leave you in a carb coma.

Another great dining experience at Chow Bistro.
The food and our server Ben were first-rate.
This place is among other things a neighborhood gem. Being a resident of Collegeville it is so nice having this wonderful establishment in our community.
My thanks to Ben and everyone else.

Food is great but Ben the server is fabulous. Celebrated my Mom's 87th Birthday and it was wonderful. Thank you Ben for making it so nice and special.

We were excited to celebrate son’s birthday because he orders door dash and raved about short rib. Friday night 6 people with reservations and we felt like guests have said Aliens! Service was terrible all food was bland every dish felt like it needed something more added. No A/C on a 78 degree night and it was hot inside. Filet Mignon Oscar ordered Medium it came out raw and cold!
Short Rib was dry and Bolognese overcooked! It felt like they didn’t want us there! Don’t worry we won’t be returning.
