Another great dining experience at Chow Bistro.
The food and our server Ben were first-rate.
This place is among other things a neighborhood gem. Being a resident of Collegeville it is so nice having this wonderful establishment in our community.

Everything was very tasty and creatively done. The service was top notch.
The Korean chicken dumplings appetizer are a must!

Dietary restrictions: Crab and shrimp risotto and braised short ribs were other favorites

Parking: Large off street parking lot behind the building

Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the spaghetti and salad

First visit after years a hearing good things. Weekday specials are a great deal. Salmon was some of the best I've had. Beet and burrata app was so good! Took half home and made a salad the next day.
