I’m not usually one to give places poor reviews but almost every time I go I find when I get home I got the wrong flavors, the workers are not friendly at all, and today the guy that helped me was so heavily perfumed/scented that the smell is on my food. This is the closest Dunkin to me but I’ll now be traveling to the other Collegeville location.

Service here is always slow. Walk in today and 1 person is working, 5 Minutes later 3 more people walk out from backroom. Always a wait to get a simple drink or food item

The girl at the ordering part asked if I had money today which really puzzled me. Why would I go to Dunkin without any money?? I go there all the time and am always really nice to them and pay in full. Today when I got to the window as I handed cash over the guy argued with me and said the girl said I didn't have any money last time and left. That never happened and I am still extremely frustrated and angry because I am the nicest person and have been going to this Dunkin for years. I will never go here again. They had to been confused with someone else and he kept insisting and arguing with me and he said he wasn't even there that day.Take care of things when things happen like that and don't blame it on someone else who does show up and pay and is nice to you every time. I didn't need this today and have enough stress in my life and was trying to treat myself to coffee to make my day better and they entirely ruined it!!!This was the most craziest thing I have had happen. Never had confusion like this before ever at another Dunkin or with anyone. Unbelievable!!!

Manager is so rude! I asked for munchkins and he gave me 6 that were squeezed and looked flat! Asked him to replace and he closed the drive through window and walked away!

I'm reading more the gas station side then the Dunkin side because I don't go to dunkin' donuts really The only reason I'm even rating the gas station side is because they have a special if you pay cash you get a decent amount off It says $0.10 but they're already lower than most places around me so if you're looking for a little bit cheaper gas and you have cash definitely check this place out
