This was the most efficient and cleanest Dunkin I have been to. I ordered (on site) 9 iced coffees with a shot of espresso and 8 sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and I was in and out within 5-7 minutes. Thank you

I recently visited Dunkin’ Donuts and had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was downright rude, which was incredibly off-putting. To make matters worse, the quality of the drinks and food was subpar at best.
What truly shocked me, though, was the behavior at the drive-thru. The staff would whistle at drivers to get their attention, which is extremely unprofessional. Additionally, they kept the money I was owed back and put it in their tip cup without my permission. This was not the Dunkin' Donuts experience I was hoping for, and I will definitely not be returning.

The people that work here are a part of the community. They even remember my "usual" drink when I come through even before I order. The drinks are consistently great and the orders are always ready on time.
It is getting increasingly difficult to understand the staff when you try to make your order. Sometimes they even start off speaking a different language. The coffee or latte is seldom hot and doesn't taste anything like it's advertised. Definitely disappointed in how the Dunkin' Donuts have taken a turn for the worst.

I really like the changes they’ve made inside and I love being able to order ahead in the app so I can grab my order and go. No waiting in line and my order is always ready when I get there.
