WORST Dunkin’ I have ever been to. The staff is rude and they will burn your food. The employees will make you wait a ridiculous amount of time in the drive thru while you can hear them on the other end of the speaker having conversations and laughing. Yes, talk and joke around to get you through the work day, but don’t make a customer wait for long period of time and then be unnecessarily rude to them. I’m surprised this location is still open and honestly hope it shuts down one day soon because those disgustingly mean employees should not be working in customer service.

The staff of this Dunkin donuts is very nice, but they are also very inefficient. It takes forever to move through the drive-thru line. Sometimes, I have sat at the drive-thru speaker for 2 minutes or more. Listening to the staff members joke around and have a conversation. Then I drive to the window and all of a sudden they realize that they have customers.

Never have I been to a Dunkin with ruder staff. They make you sit and wait while they finish their conversations and then when they forget things and you ask they have an attitude and give you a dirty look about it. I spend a good $15 daily at Dunkin so I’ll just find one that would rather have my business. Do better.

This is the 3rd Dunkin I have tried going to to get my order correct. I get a medium caramel iced coffee or a caramel cold brew. They both are supposed to have 3 pumps of caramel in them. I add 1 extra pump to my order and I get cold foam. But when I receive my order, there’s barely any cold foam on top and there’s about 1-2 pumps of caramel. This happens every time I order here. You’re not even making the original drink correctly. So the money I pay for with an extra pump is wasted. And the money I paid for with the coffee to be made correctly even before I add extra caramel is wasted. I also ordered a muffin today. But this store was out of muffins. Fine. It happens. But I order on the app because it’s easier than trying to order at the drive thru. I instead was given a specialty donut. A muffin is $2.49. A specialty donut is $1.29. So now I’ve wasted money on my coffee, the extra flavor, cold foam, and the difference in price with the item. I know this sounds tedious and I’m not a picky person. But I do expect to receive what I pay for.

This was the most efficient and cleanest Dunkin I have been to. I ordered (on site) 9 iced coffees with a shot of espresso and 8 sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and I was in and out within 5-7 minutes. Thank you

I recently visited Dunkin’ Donuts and had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was downright rude, which was incredibly off-putting. To make matters worse, the quality of the drinks and food was subpar at best.
What truly shocked me, though, was the behavior at the drive-thru. The staff would whistle at drivers to get their attention, which is extremely unprofessional. Additionally, they kept the money I was owed back and put it in their tip cup without my permission. This was not the Dunkin' Donuts experience I was hoping for, and I will definitely not be returning.
