Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Nice place to meet friends and to share a meal. The service was wonderful. The food was enjoyed by all. I especially appreciated the way the left overs were packaged as creamy items like the potato au gratin and cider cole slaw had their own small container so the liquid did not run all over other take home items.

Service was excellent and very accommodating. Menu was recently revised which included increasing the size of the steaks but also increasing price accordingly which might not sit well with those of us who prefer smaller portions (and lower prices.) Manager was very understanding and offered a compromise. Nice menu although I always felt they should have a better selection of appetizers.

First time trying Firebirds. The concept is interesting, “steakhouse but less expensive”. It worked to a point. The food was generally good but not outstanding. The steaks were better than expected at that price point. Seared tuna was very salty, fire grilled shrimp came to the table cold. Street corn was great, fries on the other hand were average at best. The service was great, except it was really hard to talk over the noise of the place. Not sure if I would take another 30+ minutes drive for this type of experience again.

As always, the meals were delicious! The service by Elise was the best that we've ever experienced! She was extremely attentive but not intrusive.

Outstanding service from our server, Crystal. Manager Will is also great! Food was excellent. Particularly liked the bread puddings. Entrees were all enjoyed. Very nice evening out.

Firebirds is always a solid choice for a nice dinner. We went for my birthday and the staff made it a great night. Rich and Tom checked on us and Emily was a wonderful server. I couldn't have asked for better.

Excellent atmosphere. Food was delicious as was the wine. We had a great experience and can't wait to go back.

The salmon is delicious and I love that the Lemondrop drink supports the Alex's Lemonade Stand fundraising efforts.

We celebrated a birthday with a party of 13. We were surprised that the reserved table had balloons set up for us. Our servers, Emily and Mya were a pleasure. All of our apps and dinners were delicious and the service was excellent. We had the Manager stop by who also acknowledged the celebration. We all enjoyed our celebration there. Outstanding customer focus!

Had a lovely anniversary dinner. Our waitress was extremely friendly and took very good care of us. She even surprised us with a free anniversary dessert which was yummy.

We had eaten here a few times before but hadn't in a while, I'm happy we came back because we had very good meals and service. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We got the 3-course meal special and all 3 of our courses were delicious. The salmon and shrimp dinner was very good and flavorful, but not overly salty, I hate when chefs rely on salt to add flavor and they didn't in this case. The bread pudding dessert was also very good.
