We had eaten here a few times before but hadn't in a while, I'm happy we came back because we had very good meals and service. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We got the 3-course meal special and all 3 of our courses were delicious. The salmon and shrimp dinner was very good and flavorful, but not overly salty, I hate when chefs rely on salt to add flavor and they didn't in this case. The bread pudding dessert was also very good.

I usually like Firebirds a lot but this time the food was disappointing. The plate looked surprisingly unappetizing. I nearly always order wood plank salmon and that was fine. However, the roasted vegetables were overcooked and soggy. I'm on a spcial diet so I couldn't get my usual garlic mashed potatoes so I ordered fresh fruit as my second side. The fruit was fine. My husband ordered the soup if the day (Southwest Potato) after being assured it was not very spicy and...

We had a great dinner here. The food and the drinks were great, and our server Rebecca was amazing! She was so friendly and attentive. She did a great job and it felt like we were talking to one of our friends, she was quite possibly the best server we have ever had.
