Nice place to meet friends and to share a meal. The service was wonderful. The food was enjoyed by all. I especially appreciated the way the left overs were packaged as creamy items like the potato au gratin and cider cole slaw had their own small container so the liquid did not run all over other take home items.

Service was excellent and very accommodating. Menu was recently revised which included increasing the size of the steaks but also increasing price accordingly which might not sit well with those of us who prefer smaller portions (and lower prices.) Manager was very understanding and offered a compromise. Nice menu although I always felt they should have a better selection of appetizers.

First time trying Firebirds. The concept is interesting, “steakhouse but less expensive”. It worked to a point. The food was generally good but not outstanding. The steaks were better than expected at that price point. Seared tuna was very salty, fire grilled shrimp came to the table cold. Street corn was great, fries on the other hand were average at best. The service was great, except it was really hard to talk over the noise of the place. Not sure if I would take another...
