Bob and his staff catered our daughter's graduation party last weekend. We had been away the week before so I hired him to take care of every last detail. He came through with flying colors, even matched our color choices perfectly as requested. The food was perfect and the kids devoured all of it. It was a super hot day but Bob served and grilled without complaint. Clean up and organization was very thorough. The price point was very reasonable, included: tables, chairs, all the set up and breakdown and a variety of food options and a balanced menu. I would not hesitate to recommend Imperial's Catering.

What a great experience we had with Imperial Catering! From our 1st meeting with Bob to the actual event day Bob was so responsive. He provided wonderful food that all 60+ guests raved about, was punctual and very helpful- even when the weather didn’t cooperate with our plans he immediately let us know we were in good hands and he would handle things which he did with ease! He was punctual and cleaned up without ever interrupting our guests and party flow. Lastly he was so accommodating to our growing guest count and our requests to add more items to our menu as the count increased! Disgraceful, honestly. Set up a catering for my employees holiday party. Got email confirmation from Bob and everything. First email he sent me was the wrong holiday platter. Had to correct him and tell him that’s not the one we discussed over the phone, to which he sent me another email with the correct invoice and meal. Well, today guess who didn’t show up. When I called, Bob simply told me “I don’t know, I don’t have you on the calendar. I’ll see what I can do.” Probably not make an entire turkey meal in 4 hours, that’s for sure. So disgusted. Thank god I at least hadn’t paid for it yet. Just avoid. I have an entire disappointment team now.

Bob, our point of contact, was incredibly responsive and accommodating when it came to making some special menu adjustments. The team arrived punctually, with everything set up well before our event began. We decided to pay the additional fee for a staff member to stay, and it was worth every penny. The staff was not only pleasant but also incredibly attentive to our needs.Now, let's talk about the food - it was exceptional. The French toast was particularly delicious, and the pastries surpassed the typical continental assortment. All of this came at an affordable price, which was a pleasant surprise. We can't thank Bob and the staff enough for helping us create such wonderful memories during this special occasion!
