The portions were inconsistent between our meals. The appetizer plates were not clean and the waiter smelled like he was in a cloud of cigarette smoke which was not pleasant. When we got the check, there was extra charges for items we did not order that had to be removed

I like the food at P. F. Chang’s. However, in the past year, their restaurant in Plymouth Meeting served me different meal than what I ordered twice. I have decided to change and go to Collegeville. I ordered King Pao Shrimp. However, my order came as King Pao Chicken. I’m allergic to antibiotics and hormones in most chicken. I had to eat couple of bites because I wasn’t willing to wait and left most of the meal. Although I addressed the issue with my waitress Gianna, she apologized but didn’t offer any solutions.

I had a wonderful dining experience at P.F. Chang’s, largely due to our fantastic waiter, Jay! From the moment we were seated, he made us feel welcome and attended to our every need with a friendly smile.
Jay was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. He suggested the Shrimp Signature Lo Mein, which turned out to be a superb choice—flavorful and perfectly cooked. He also ensured our drinks were always full and checked in on us at the right moments without being intrusive.
The ambiance was vibrant yet cozy, making it the perfect spot for a nice dinner. Thanks to Jay’s attentive service and warm personality, we had a memorable evening. I highly recommend visiting P.F. Chang’s and asking for Jay; he truly enhanced our dining experience!

We do come quite often…because everything is so good
Took 25 min just to get our water and alcoholic drinks. We went at 5:30- there was practically no one in the restaurant so can't give grace on the waiter being busy. No check back from the server on the food, multiple gnats flying around our booth the entire time (the booth and table were also gross with leftover noodles stuck to it), never got refills, never took empty plates from the table - luckily there were only 2 of us because there was barely space to pack up our leftovers. The entrees were good but overall not worth it at all.

Food was delicious but watch out for the spicy offerings. They're denoted by a little icon which I missed. The pepper steak was scrumptious but extremely spicy with red pepper sprinkled all over it. Next time I'll remember to ask not to have the pepper added.
