Haven’t purchased in a while due to increase in cost, but I used a promotion this time. Disappointed in cost increase & lack of filling containers completely. My soup is typically only 2/3-3/4 filled. Please ensure employees fill containers.

Panera Bread is my favorite restaurant. I go at least 3 times a week. They have the best salads and don’t even get me started on their sandwiches. I get the chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich every time and it is the best thing I have ever ate. The green tea is so good and refreshing. I look forward to studying and getting Panera every day. The service is amazing, everyone is so kind, it’s always clean, and the food doesn’t even take 10 minutes to make. They have so many amazing choices and they are always adding more and more. Great prices and never too busy. Great seating, and perfect place to hangout with friends and family. Love this place with my whole heart.

I’ve been going here almost daily for years This location keeps sliding backwards. Good food but the morning experience sucks.
What’s the point of paying for the coffee club membership if I have to wait every morning for a half awake cashier to give me my cup. Who ever works the register in the morning has the worst attitude. That is a step totally worth bypassing Via the kiosk.
And just today you were literally out of all coffee. All of it and. It the first time. I don’t have time to wait for a new one to be brewed I need to get to work.
Management need to wake up.
There’s a Starbucks in the same shopping center. I’ll just go there.
