A very cozy and comfortable place to grab a lunch or dinner sandwich. They’re always accommodating when it comes to making things vegetarian, which I really appreciate.

The sandwich options are fresh and satisfying, and the soup choices are consistently good as well. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for reliable vegetarian-friendly options in a relaxed setting.

The behavior of the workers here is disgusting.There was a 30ish year old man behind the pickup counter,Holdon,that screamed at my friend's and I for doing something that we saw at least 5 other customers do today. Mind you my friends are 13-14 and the other customers were all adults. The restaurant was silent as he screamed at us infront of everybody. None of the workers thought this was inappropriate behavior until another customer then came up to us saying that is completely out of line and filed a complaint to the manager. After that, the manager and other employees started to apologize to us,but Holdon hid behind the counter.We were very taken aback by this and do not recommend if you expect friendly workers.

The food is good, but the service is horrible. Me and my two friends grabbed “Courtesy cups” and we put soda in it as we’ve seen multiple other people do today. We sat down and minutes later got screamed at in front of the whole restaurant by an older man that we had throw them out straight away. The other employees did not care that this guy screamed at us until another costumer called him for being disrespectful.

Every single time I order for pick up from this location anymore for the past 2 years now, I get a “Sorry, your order is delayed” message well after my pick up time even if I just order a cup of tomato soup, which you would think is already made and just needs to be ladled into a cup. I don’t get it. On top of that, Panera increased their prices and significantly decreased the amount of meat you get on a sandwich. Will not be going back. Been fooled more than enough times by this place. Here’s a tip; maybe update your estimated ASAP pick up times since they’re NEVER accurate no matter what time of day

one of the workers (wayne) was very rude and inconsiderate to me and my friends, we were enjoying a nice lunch just having a conversation when he raised his voice at us to keep it down. we asked other customers around us if we were being loud and they all agreed that we were not. this was not a very pleasant experience and ruined my lunch.

Absolutely terrible experience. The management (wayne) was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional—they yelled at me and my friends without any valid reason. We were shocked by how we were treated. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming or respectful environment. One star is generous.
