Recently received a $25 gift card for the holidays and decided to finally try Panera. Unfortunately, I was not impressed.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich ($12), an iced coffee (my go-to drink anywhere), and a cookie. Total came to $18.85, which honestly felt insane for what I got.

The iced coffee was terrible — three sips and it went straight in the trash. The sandwich was equally disappointing. For $12, I expected something fresh and filling, but the chicken had that processed, frozen grilled chicken texture you’d get from a grocery store freezer section. Chewy and bland.

Overall, very underwhelming for the price. Places like this might fool you once, but not twice. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money here.

Liked as always ....my default coffee place.

I recently visited this establishment and unfortunately, everything my family and I ordered caused us to become ill.
The only reason I am awarding one star is due to the commendable service we received.

This is the worst panera. Tables always dirty, the manager is miserable, guest is never right, and the food is about a 3/10. Disappointing to live near a Panera this bad. This photo is the sandwich we waited 25 minutes for.

Panera advertised a cup of soup for one dollar if you ordered an entrée on the app. So I ordered the entrée on the app after I arrived at the restaurant and got to the place where I was supposed to enter the keyword SOUP. I did so and got a message that said it was unacceptable and that the special was only available until December 19. Well, it was December 19. So we asked at the cash register for the soup special even though the app didn’t work. We were advised that this happened sometimes to other people when Panera’s system would not accept a specific order from the app and there was nothing they could do about it because he could not enter a one dollar cup of soup on the cash register, so we were out of luck. OH REALLY. In fact, it is Panera who is out of luck. You get a very, very bad review here. If you lure somebody in with an advertised special, you deliver that special one way or another. He should’ve been able to override the system so that it would allow that. We went to the restaurant next-door and had an excellent meal. We will not return to Panera anytime soon.

Husband ordered pick 2 Italian sandwich with French onion soup hold the cheese On both because lactose intolerant. lo and Behold he was given french soup with cheese right on top and and a roast beef sandwich. He took it back to have it corrected and they removed the cheese but still gave him the wrong sandwich! no apologies for errors...very disappointed. At least when they screwed up my order in pottstown they gave me a bag of free orange scones!

A very cozy and comfortable place to grab a lunch or dinner sandwich. They’re always accommodating when it comes to making things vegetarian, which I really appreciate.

The sandwich options are fresh and satisfying, and the soup choices are consistently good as well. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for reliable vegetarian-friendly options in a relaxed setting.

The behavior of the workers here is disgusting.There was a 30ish year old man behind the pickup counter,Holdon,that screamed at my friend's and I for doing something that we saw at least 5 other customers do today. Mind you my friends are 13-14 and the other customers were all adults. The restaurant was silent as he screamed at us infront of everybody. None of the workers thought this was inappropriate behavior until another customer then came up to us saying that is completely out of line and filed a complaint to the manager. After that, the manager and other employees started to apologize to us,but Holdon hid behind the counter.We were very taken aback by this and do not recommend if you expect friendly workers.
