By far the best pizza place around. Most pizza by the slice restaurants are soggy but not here, it is delicious. The staff is beyond friendly and always extremely kind and they have great deals on pizza! Never will go to another pizza place knowing this is right in Collegeville, the 2 ladies that always are there are also the kindest souls!

How expensive is pizza sauce really? I did not spend over $30 for cheesy bread. The website was ridiculous. I could not order and had to call. They did offer to refund my money, or started to but our meal was ruined so money back does not equal no harm no foul. How is it so challenging to assemble 3 ingredients!

We ordered a pizza with tikka sauce. The sauce was not tasting like a tikka sauce tastes like plain oil.Also there has been changes made to their pricing so the online or event the menu on screen rates are not applicable. They have a notice written near the counter. Would be great if the staff could explain this before the customer starts ordering that their prices have been revised. They say only when we ask specifically.

Tl:dr- don't order online and expect them to read your special requests.I placed an online order before finishing shopping at wegmans so it'd be ready by the time I was leaving. When I got into the shop, the order hadn't even been started yet. (So I take this as a educational experience, when your online order is confirmed I thought that meant the restaurant had acknowledged it somehow, but nope. Not the case). So when my order was ready to be picked up according to my email and text message, that's when my pizzas were started being made. I wouldn't have cared so much if I didn't have groceries baking in the car while I waited when it should've been done already. When I checked the pizzas before I left, neither of my special requests for each pizza were honored. I asked for 1 of the toppings to be on only half of the pizza. I probably should've said something but it already took way longer than I had planned.The employees were kind; my only gripe is not following directions. The restaurant was completely empty, but very clean (my first time there). The one pizza was good. I couldn't try the other one that I couldn't eat since the directions weren't followed.I'll probably try the place again, I don't like to give only one chance. But I'll never place an online order here again.

the pizza taste fine, but I am turned off from the service. we ordered one deep dish pizza and one regular pizza. They very clearly mixed up the crusts but when asked about it we were met with multiple rude responses. I then went back in again give back and get refund and was met with more rude responses. Additionally, the one pizza was missing the SAUCE.taste is fine, the service is not.

Tried this place for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Fresh ingredients and a great crust. It was cheesy and the sausage was great! Reminded me of pizza in Northern Jersey where I’m from. Manager and employee was super friendly and walked me through ordering!! When I’m back in this area, I will be back.

The staff here were awesome.My grandmother & came here to spend time with each other, & they were very friendly and helpful.They didn't have any 16-in pizza crusts for us to share, so the new manager was nice enough to give us two 12-in pizzas for the price of one 16-in. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for delicious local gourmet pizza, & a pleasant experience. ?

This was my second visit. I really liked it the first time but I liked it even more this time. They have clearly studied and tinkered with their dough recipe and come up with a delicious, light but crispy crust that takes everything to a whole new level.
Went to Collegeville to meet a friend for lunch and stumbled upon this restaurant because our intended destination was closed. But so glad we found this place instead! Pizza was delicious! I had a build your own pizza with spicy honey drizzled on top. So good! My friend had the margherita pizza that she said was very good! Place was very clean and attractive inside. Father/daughter duo who worked the afternoon shift were so friendly and attentive! I highly recommend and will definitely go back when in the area.

My friend and I came to Pure Fire a few weeks ago for the first time. The owner was so kind and helped us decide what we wanted to order. The hot honey pepperoni pizza was delicious and the restaurant is very clean and aesthetic. However, the best part of the experience was getting to talk to the new owners. This husband and wife duo is amazing!! They were so kind and talked to us the whole time! I’ll definitely be visiting again soon for great-tasting pizza and lovely hospitality!

I came here for the first time under newest ownership. WOW, WOW!! DELICIOUS! Very tasty, fresh vegetables, amazing variety of topping choices, crust has been perfected. Every bite is like the first. Try it, you wont be disappointed

Probably this worst pizza Ive ever had anywhere. Was not close to fresh, it resembled cardboard... The taste of the sauce was decent, but Im not exaggerating about the cardboard feel...This place used to have solid reliable pizza. Was very excited to eat there today, but now I probably wont go back...

Went here for lunch for the first time looking for gluten free pizza. Was greeted with a kind friendly face whom I later found out was the new manager. I've not been here before but this recent visit under new management was exceptional. All ingredients are fresh and taste great! I would definitely recommend coming here if you fancy a customized pizza. ?
