The food was mediocre and it's not like it used to be. My fries were cold but the wrap took the cake and it was pretty good and my drinks were awesome. The waitress was okay but I'll be hesitant next time before going back that is for sure.

Good food overall, my favorite has always been the crispy chicken salad. Feel silly complaining about a chicken salad at a burger place, but it used to be so good! My boss likes to buy us lunch there, and I don’t always want an epic burger when I need to work the rest of the day😅
Problem is, the quantity of chicken in the salad has plummeted. It used to be almost excessive, which is appropriate for an entree-sized $16 salad.. All the good stuff is in lower quantities, including the hard-boiled egg. Appears to have been replaced by croutons…. Weak :(
I can tell ya, I used to eat half and then save the other half for my gf, she’d get a really good serving too. Enough to hold her off while we sorted dinner at least lol now I just toss the leftover lettuce and pick up something on the way home.
If you’re determined to get it anyway, I recommended poppy seed dressing, it’s very good.
Just wanted to say, they set a very high standard and then failed to meet it the last three times. Shame on me for continuing to order it I guess. But also shame on them for the shrinkflation on a very expensive salad. It’s cut up chicken tenders for gosh sake, not prime rib.

Teenager wait staff are too busy talking to pay attention to their customers.
The salads are clearly from a bag and the lettuce was rotten.
Also, why is a burger and 2 salads $70 dollars????

Collegeville location is trash. Don't eat here.

I stop here for one reason - the great people helping me help my mom. Hear me out-
It's Red Robin. You know what you are getting walking in. Not necessarily ordering, but there is a Red Robin "experience" and that's why you come here- it's family friendly, decent food, bottomless fries, TVs, and so on. But recently my 72 yr old mom has needed extra attention. So I have looked at easy take out/ToGo options that I can run in and drop $ AND actually get some food that my mom would eat. And here we are, Red Robin, and your Collegeville location is awesome. I pop in randomly at 2:30p on a Tuesday or Thursday and it's DEAD order food to go at the bar, grab a beer, and it is the nicest experience. Great staff. Generous portions for my mom. Cooked to order- not left over. Just a really great experience. Absolutely what I wanted and what I needed. Thanks!

It was our first time as I don't find an only burger establishment exciting. But my kid was hungry we went, she loved the balloons and the bottomless sides were awesome. The staff and server were great. We were pleasantly surprised! Great 10$ burger deal as well!
