ENZO MAGGOZOLO!!! fire him immediately! he locked the window and refused to let me order because he said he was having a bad day and had too much stuff to do so he didn’t let me order! this young man needs to be fired immediately! he needs to think about college and not water ice!

The one girl working tonight gave the worst service ever. I’ve been coming to this location for years and years. We didn’t even order everything we wanted because of how horrible she was. 2 of the people with us just said forget it. And we were paying customers, not there for the small free water ice. Sucking her teeth, looking at us like we’re annoying for ordering. I’ll be back but if I see her I’ll go somewhere else.

My first time trying Rita’s ever. My boyfriend took me because he was speechless that I had never been or even hear of it before. I am lactose intolerant so he told me about the Italian Ice options. Usually lactose/dairy free things just don’t taste as good as the original but this stuff is delicious! I’m even a picky eater and I give this a thumbs up.

We were there last night and it was packed, like lines into the street and the three guys running it still handled each customer with smiles and personal recommendations and made the kids laugh. It was really impressive. Great great team at Ritas!

Love the gelatis, service is always good, they made my favorite banana split water ice for me.

This was my first time ever trying "water ice" and my first time trying frozen custard and I am so glad to have tried both!!Somewhere between a slushie and a shave ice, it is a perfect treat on a hot day. They had so many yummy flavors to choose from (and they will give you tastings if you ask them), and you could get your ice layered in with the frozen custard - which is how I tried it.Be aware that it is more of a stand than a place to go sit and eat your frozen treat. So, be prepared to sit on a bench or stand - there is no inside seating.
