Hello, please consider having different kinds of pretzels and mustards. Medically, some people can't eat spice mustard. The counter workers heard me clearly ask for yellow mustard. They gave me spicy mustard and twisted pretzel instead of a regular pretzel.

My family and I typically visit the Folsom location—however we drove by and they were extremely packed (like, line all the way to the road packed!), so we decided to drive to this location instead, since it’s only a short distance. I’m so glad we did! Only one customer was there! And i’m not sure why, as the customer service was great, they have plenty of seating, a nice size/accessible parking lot, AND they have a drive-thru!

Rude staff! I came here last weekend because my husband loves the cherry Misto. I decided that I wanted to try one but I was not familiar with the different flavors. I asked the young lady ( I did not catch her name.) what other flavors did they have and her response was “all of our flavors are on the menu.” I did not have on my reading glasses but I did not feel like I needed to explain that to her. I ended up pulling off and taking my business elsewhere.
