My son wanted an ice cream cake for his Confirmation celebration. I was beyond thrilled with how his DQ cake came out. His G-Babci liked it too. Beautiful handwriting and delicious cake! A great value for the size!

Went through the drive-through to get blizzards, and when we pulled to the window, I asked the girl if I could get a small cup of whip cream for my puppy that was in the car and she looked at me like I had three heads. Oh, I don’t think I can do that. Guess where we won’t be coming back anymore. They also made my chocolate extreme blizzard with vanilla ice cream, and it was not mixed all the way through. I just had straight up vanilla at the bottom.

Been very disappointed with my experience the last several times at this restaurant, from 1. still frozen corn dogs 2. completely wrong blizzard and most recently today 3. I paid 50 cents extra for an extra sauce that I didn't get ... may not sound terrible but when you pay $20 for a chicken finger basket and a couple of corn dogs every extra cent counts and to just not bother to provide sauce that you specifically told me cost extra in my opinion is very poor customer service. In addition when I drove back to the store with the wrong blizzard no one ever even apologized for the inconvenience. Very sad service and not sure how long we will continue to give out business to this establishment.

Food is delicious. Staff can be rude at times. A lot of young and mature children customer service is always first, no matter what. That's the best part of the trip being treated with respect
The Guy says he was the owner but in the same token didnt handle the situation like a real owner would, I stated the slushy didnt taste rite it was bitter, I didn't even taste the flavors the menu said was suposed to be in there,, i tasted the syrup much more then anything else,, lost my urge, for anything else after he just wanted to argue,,because i wanted a refund,and he refused my money back, and said to bad thats how DQ, makes there product, he didn't offer any type of solution to me leaving the store a happy customer, i was very upset with the "OWNERS" Resolution to resolving the issue at hand, I will never go back to this DQ on Broad and Valley Forge road i was very unhappy with the results the food was nasty,, ? trust me u would not be missing out on nothing, all i'm saying is if the customer service was better on making the customer happy I probably would've been more content and just never came back but i will make this go viral,,, on Ig,,
