Update: had to take away a star. idk if they have someone new, but my lattes have tasted like water the last three days. We go to this location daily so something is different. Won’t be coming here for awhile.
I LOVE this location! We just moved from Lansdale and were next to a HORRIBLE DD. My orders at THIS location are always consistent AND all of the workers are SO friendly, remember us by name, and even throw us some freebie donut holes as a thank you sometimes.

they never mess up my food. if they don't have anything left of what i ordered, they'll give me something to replace it and a little more everytime. sometimes i don't even feel like having coffee but saying hi to them and smile with them everyday makes it worth it to go.

Terrible!! This is my first tint going to this Dunkin! I pull to the drive thru.. the person taking my order sounds like he’s whispering. I place an order for a LARGE mango pineapple refresher and a bagel extra cream cheese with jelly on the side and snacking bacon. Also a chocolate glazed donut.. very clear instructions. He repeats back my order and says chocolate frosted donut.. I correct him. Tells me to pull around.. no total provided. I get to the window.. the person doesn’t say ANYTHING.. no good morning, your total is, double repeat the order to make sure it’s being handed to the right person. NOTHING. She passed me a Med refresher when I stated twice that u wanted a Large. Everyone coming to the window to show me my receipt when that doesn’t matter.. I asked for a large. The. He charges me for an extra dollar for their screw up. I check my bag, looked at my bagel… I asked for extra cream cheese but what I got looked to be a normal serving so I asked for a separate one to add to it.. that was an issue. The guy kept repeating that he put extra but if that’s extra I would hate to see what is normal. Customer service horrible.. won’t be going back and they didn’t give me a receipt.

I ordered a 50 count mixed box of Munchkins for my coworkers. Sadly the box was not mixed. All glazed with one or two chocolate. Not what I paid for. No receipt so I can't even get my money back.

I ordered a toasted sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese and a picture tells a 1000 words!! Barley bothered to add ANY cream cheese!!! I drove off before I opened my bagel that’s why I am so disappointed. I don’t have time to drive back and have it remade. Just so unfair and apparently this Dunkin is CHEAP!!!! I feel totally ripped off. I am editing my review because I just now checked out other reviews and was shocked how many people complained about the amount of cream cheese is put on their bagels! This tells everyone it’s not a mistake it’s deliberate. It’s obvious they are stretching the dollar in their favor.
