One of the best cheese steaks I've had ever. Hands down the best in the area. Staff is friendly but not really anywhere to sit besides to little tables out front. Overall a great place to go highly recommend trying the cheese steak

Local friend recommended. 2nd year we have ordered pizza for an annual golf outing. Since we preorder, everything is ready on time, they helped us load in the car and provided plates etc. highly recommend for great service and pizza.

Be wary of prices, takeout only with restaurant pricing. I've been going to Goombas for the past 6 months and recently, the quality has just gone down hill. I paid 16.95 (cash mind you, they upcharge for debit cards 3% like it's 1992) for a cheesesteak. While not gross, I've had cheese steaks from the Phillies stadium, Wawa and in the Delco area that were significantly cheaper, better, with more meat than this. I've had coworkers get yelled at before for checking to make sure that they had fries. Only thing holding me over there is the chicken parm, and if that gets into the $15 territory, I'm out.

Be careful ordering here. Prices are much higher than what's listed on their site. Ordered a couple sandwiches for takeout and when I got there it was almost $10 higher than what I thought it would be. For some reason they don't update their prices online which seems very dishonest.

The fact I ordered a thing of cheese fries for 8$! And a cheese steak for 15 and got barely any fries and a steak sandwich with barely any cheese. I definitely do not recommend. This place is to give decent size for the money, but it would appear greed over satisfaction has taken grasp. 24$ for so little. I will never justify ordering from here again.

The cheesesteak with fried onions wasn’t worth the hype. The roll was good and meet seemed good quality, but it was dry and you have to dig to find any cheese. The pizza was really greasy and the grease had an almost sweet taste to it? The old bay fries with white cheese (again, where is the cheese?) were soggy within the 10 minute drive home. Maybe the fries would have been crispy if we ate in, but I wouldn’t get them for take out again.

Pizza is borderline dog food , I can’t even pinpoint what is so bad about it because it’s hard to eat . Steak sandwich was average at absolute best , only saving grace was a good roll .

The hoagies are worth the drive nice and meaty very delicious
Goombas gives me the smaller town family owned food catering vibe. They are very nice and helpful. We ordered over the phone for some philly cheesesteaks and wings. I went in to pick everything up and they werent weird about masks or anything ridiculous. I saw they throw the meat for our sandwiches on the grill freshly made just for our order. Took about 5 minutes total. I saw several coldcut orders go out fairly quick as i waited. The food was delicious and filling.
Thank you goombas for the terrific experience in Philadelphia style foods.
