I have a deep love for baklava and my mom came across Yia Yia’s online. So we made the trek to Colmar today. We got the original and the lemon. My mom has never cared for baklava, but she loves all things lemon, so it sounded like a good way to sway her. She was swayed! She loved it . I shared my original with her and she loved that as well. Dropped in to get an assortment for my husband for Father's Day. "Yia Yia" assisted me herself and is a wonderful, hard working lady. Best baklava ever! And they're enormous so well worth the price. I recommend fruit flavored varieties, light flavors are complemented well by the baklava. Also, any cannoli flavor variety they have cannot fail. It's a great combination.
