Everytime I come here I'm either missing food, sauces, straws or the toy out of the kids meal. I don't ever complain. Just deal with it. But my daughter was going to get the 8 pc nugget and share a fry with me and her drink. Would have been like 10 to 12 bucks. She seen the SpongeBob kids meal and decided she wanted that because she loves SpongeBob and she wanted the toy. So for less nuggets and fries I paid more, because kids meal is like 6 or 7 bucks. I got my own meal then and a nugget so she'd have a few extra. 20 bucks. And didn't even get the toy. That was the whole point. Lol. I was going to go back. But she said it's ok mom, I don't need it that bad. And I get it. But almost 10 extra bucks and we paid for it. But she said it's fine. At least I received my food this time. The food was fresh and hot this time. And we got straws. But no toy. Next time it'll be something else.

Wouldnt let us put 2 separate orders in the drive thru all because we had 2 different people paying. Wouldnt make a difference if we paid together or separate when we were going to get the same amount of food! So we left the drive thru. I will not give a business my money for making stupid rules up. Ill never eat burger king again yall food not even that good

I order here once a month and each time there was something wrong. If you are charging as much as you do please make sure the order is prepared correctly and all the items ordered make it to the customer. I hate paying extra to have my food the way i want just to receive it made incorrectly. I hate not receiving everything I paid for. I hate when I have to call to ask when the rest of my order will get here and I receive an attitude. Everything is overpriced but that seems to be the case with all fast good chains.

I pass 3 fast food restaurants to get there . One of those restaurants they will make you wait 10min to take your order, 10min to pay for your order then make you wait another 15min to give you your order in there parking lot. Then the order is usually wrong and cold . Not here , food is always hot and fast .

I ordered through the drive thru some hashbrowns for me and my 4 year old. They didn’t have immediately ready, so we drove around and waited for our order. The guy who came out to hand me my order let me know that the hashbrowns were very hot and just wanted me to know before I gave them to my child, and I just felt like that was so nice of him. Seems like a very small gesture, but I really appreciated him caring enough to let me know.

The food is usually good here. Order is usually accurate. This is a fast paced Burger King. They usually are good at keeping things moving. Good management. Only thing I don’t like is sometimes when you order chicken at the drive thru they will ask you to pull to the side when no one is behind you and it’s not a busy time for them. They bring it out to you but why do that when no one is behind you ? Other than that I would give 4 or 5 stars for service.
