Their ability to get something in every order wrong is astounding. Been trying occasionally over the years and this place has a perfect record. Guaranteed to get something wrong with your order.
I wish I would have been warned that traveling through this location's drive-thru would be akin to off-roading on an unkempt mountain road. At one point, exiting from the drive-thru I was concerned that I might need a winch to pull my vehicle from the crater-like potholes that must be driven over. I wonder how the owner of this establishment can justify a total refurbishment of the main building and yet lacks the wherewithall to go to the local Home Depot for a sack of cement and a bucket. If you want your "Whopper fix" with a side of flat tires, this is your place.

I was at the 1 in Columbia, off the exit at Susquehanna river. It was just before 7 am on Saturday the 8th. Everything was clean and seemed to be adequately staffed. My breakfast was ready in less than 2 minutes. LOVE the hash browns. I believe it has been recently renovated as it did not look as I remembered from Last visit

They can't get an order correct. 4 different orders, they made 3 right but refuse to make the last order right. Bad place to go for sure

Got my order wrong and made me go back through the drive through to get it right. Staff was rude like it was my fault.
The other day I placed an order on the burger king app. I must have mistakenly placed it for in store pick up. When I went thru the drive thru the employee and manager both told me I HAD to go into the store to pick up. I told them it was a mistake and it was meant to be a drive thru order. They refused to give me my food. When I asked for a refund online, the help desk told me they don't issue refunds. This place is not worth anyone's time or money.

Food is always fresh and hot. Good spot to go to if you're in a rush. They normally have food out within 5 min. of ordering. Staff is super friendly!

I normally go through the drive thru, but today I dined in.
The lady who took my order was in a very bad mood and took it out on me.
I said the $5 duo jr
When she handed me two drinks I was very confused so I checked my receipt and she had put me down for a combo.
When I voiced my concern she snapped at me saying everything on the menu is $5 and she walked away.
Maybe give her a snack and a break?
Other than that I've always had a good experience here.
She seems stressed.
Ps.. I didn't have my teeth in so it might have been hard to hear me, but that doesn't give her the right to yell at me.

I ordered 2 kids' meals, but when I got to the window, they only gave me 1 kids' meal. I informed the staff member at the window about the mistake, and she gave me an extra juice and charged me for what I thought was the 2nd kids' meal. When I got my order, there was still no second kids' meal. Then I overheard the manager yelling from the back, "no add-ons at the window." Then another manager came to the window to tell me I can't add at the window, to whom I informed that I was not adding at the window; the girl made the same mistake twice, and I just wanted them to correct it. The manager's response was, "What do you want me to do? He said no."
