1/23/24 around 9:00pm. One the ladies “pushing out” at the drive thru, threw my kids apple juice to the drive thru window and dropped it at the floor instead of exchanging it thats what they give me. I did not catch a name since they were all not have name tags. Apparently they were arguing over something… lady that threw it was waring the head set. I think this was rude and unnecessary from their part…

Just stopped at this Burger King for a quick meal. They forgot my sauce, gave me the wrong drinks, and the marina sauce to the mozzarella sticks (the only sauce we were actually given) tasted expired. Definitely not happy with the service today.

The staff is super friendly and I never feel rushed when ordering or dining in.The lobby is well maintained and my orders have always been accurateI like the way the staff works together and that I never see a manager screaming at anyone in front of customersIt's a very pleasant experience everytime I goVegetarian options: There is an impossible whopper which is plant based, it does not come with cheese unless you ask for cheeseDietary restrictions: You can ask for no salt on fries, and no seasoning on burgersYou can also ask for no bun if you are looking for low-carbWheelchair accessibility: There is not a huge curb preventing sidewalk access and there's enough space in the doorways for wheelchair accessibility

Went through drive thru today. Ordered a family bundle and wanted to try the new wraps. The family bundle came with 2 bags of nuggets, the nuggets were burnt to a crisp my poor 3 year old couldn't even bite it. I asked for an original wrap and they gave a spicy one with the SMALLEST piece of chicken in it. The cheese is 0.80 per sandwich so with them putting cheese on all 4 sandwiches that was an extra $3.20 JUST FOR CHEESE.

This is the only Burger King that I order from because it's always fresh and hot. I don't eat a lot of fast food but I do eat at this Burger King about 3xs a year. Each time i come here I order from the app and I've always been happy.

I honestly have gone through this location's drive-thru for years and it consistently delivers fresh, accurate food in a timely manner. They make the Wendy's & McDonalds on the other side of town look as horrendous as they truly are. The food is nothing to brag about and I gave up on BK's breakfast as it sucks regardless of location but this location's drive-thru is awesome for lunch / dinner in my opinion.
