Laurie catered my wedding! First off I just want to say ever since the day we met this lady she was the nicest and most understanding person ever. For our food tasting she had us do a little intimate tasting on her food truck and made sure everything was perfect for us. For the wedding she really went ALL OUT!! The food was incredible people are literally still talking about it!! Such professional and the sweetest staff. 10/10

If you haven’t been to Café301 yet, you are missing out on some of the best food around! I recently tried their fried chicken sandwich, and let me tell you, it was absolutely phenomenal. Crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned—it’s the kind of sandwich you crave after the first bite.

From the second we took our first bite of a Café 301 Soul Roll, we knew that they would be a perfect choice to cater our wedding reception. Laurie was so kind and helpful throughout the planning process and even developed a custom menu for us.
