Quaint little coffee shop offering cold brew and hot coffee variety, Hershey Ice Cream, smoothies, sandwiches various, bakery items, and more. A young man is playing the piano beautifully outside the entrance of the store. It made the coffee shop experience even more special. He is a fabulous pianist. If you are in the area, don't hesitate to stop by. The coffee is delicious, especially the cappuccino and the frappe.

I've been here several times over the past four years, hoping to get a good latte. Each time, I've been disappointed. The lattes are weak, milky and flavorless. The quiche and chicken salad I've eaten here were very good, though.

What a pleasant surprise! My wife wanted a smoothie after biking and fishing so we checked this place out. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw I could order a couple scrambled eggs and sausage patties! Yes! Amazing! I got a gluten allergy, it’s rare you can just pop in somewhere and grab this at 2pm!
The girls where lovely! All very kind, genuine smiles and seemed delightful. Great attitudes.
Mango and something with whip cream, legit best smoothie I’ve ever had in my life and I’m almost 40.
I appreciated how you could walk right in and make a quick order at the register as well.

My three daughters and I stopped in at Coffee and Cream on our way out of town for sandwiches, only to discover that their kitchen had closed before we arrived. The gentleman behind the counter offered to make us any cold sandwich we wanted, and did so promptly and with good humor! Kudos to him for getting us out of a bind! Would definitely come back 🥇

The past few times we’ve gone the service has been absolutely horrific. Just rude. They’re starting to not care about customer service and there are many more options in town. We used to love this place, but we will never go back.
The customer service is atrocious! They have given up and don’t care anymore! (This is from multiple visits) This is the number one reason i will NOT go back. It’s sad because the food is good. But there are soooooo many more choice very close with amazingly kind service.

Got a lovely drink here. However!!! The cashier (mature woman, lip peircing) did not know how to do her job and should not be in customer service. Very rude for no reason made me want to leave. Maybe she had a bad day or is new but I would not hire her.

The BEST cheesy tomato soup ever! Located at the southern end of the Lancaster River Trail, which is itself a gem, this lovely coffee shop also sells quiche and soup, breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal, smoothies, ice cream and milkshakes. It’s the perfect spot after enjoying the trail.
Parking: Parking is right next to the shop, off street. Easy in easy out. Or you can park at the public lot across the street and walk over.
Kid-friendliness: They sell ice cream, kids cereal, and fruit snacks.
