The past few times we’ve gone the service has been absolutely horrific. Just rude. They’re starting to not care about customer service and there are many more options in town. We used to love this place, but we will never go back.

The customer service is atrocious! They have given up and don’t care anymore! (This is from multiple visits) This is the number one reason i will NOT go back. It’s sad because the food is good. But there are soooooo many more choice very close with amazingly kind service.

Got a lovely drink here. However!!! The cashier (mature woman, lip peircing) did not know how to do her job and should not be in customer service. Very rude for no reason made me want to leave. Maybe she had a bad day or is new but I would not hire her.

The BEST cheesy tomato soup ever! Located at the southern end of the Lancaster River Trail, which is itself a gem, this lovely coffee shop also sells quiche and soup, breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal, smoothies, ice cream and milkshakes. It’s the perfect spot after enjoying the trail.
Parking: Parking is right next to the shop, off street. Easy in easy out. Or you can park at the public lot across the street and walk over.
Kid-friendliness: They sell ice cream, kids cereal, and fruit snacks.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp out front

establishment has potential, service was bad lady didn’t know what she was doing and got mad every time we asked about the menu. Then proceeded to give us the worst matcha ever! And messed up all of our orders. Ice cream is ok, kind of hard to mess that up tho.

My fiancé and I got a Mexican hot chocolate & and afogato respectively, the boy who served us seemed pretty young but there was something off about his mannerisms it was very awkward and discomforting, he wasn't knowledgeable of the drink when I ordered it even though it was on the menu, I had explained it to him, he then proceeds to blend ice and coffee 8n the blender and serves it to me AFTER his coworker I formed him that it was wrong, and he knows gly served it to me like that and apologized for its appearance, my fiancé wanted a Mexican hot chocolate but it was extremely spicy there was way too much cayenne pepper it was unpalpable and the "long john" donut that we shared was awful, this was around 330 pm on Saturday September 28, I don't recomend this place I'm sorry.

Three teen girls running the store... no management presence. We were invisible at the window, then moved inside. Still invisible. Two of the girls made eye contact but did not offer service. No other customers in line. We left the store without purchasing anything.

So happy I finally decided to stop and try this place!! I’ve always just passed it and never thought to stop, I’ve been there days in a row now because this is definitely my new favorite place!! The staff has been so incredibly kind to me every time I stopped in and everything I’ve had was SO amazing!! But specifically the other morning I stopped in the young girl was so incredibly sweet and she made my coffee the best I’ve ever had a coffee I literally told my co-workers about it all day long. I don’t typically write reviews but this sweet girl deserves a compliment, which I did give her myself as well!! :) all around amazing staff and environment!! Everything I’ve had as well 10/10 :) will definitely be back everyday haha!
