They should listen when people are ordering i asked for a reese’s peanut butter cup blizzard and they gave me the reese’s peanut butter cup blizzard with caramel in it if i wanted the one with caramel i would have asked for that one
I have been going here for years, today the service was terrible. My wife ordered an Orange Julius and what they gave us was watered down slush with no taste. No problem, brought it back and politely asked for another one which they did. The second was exactly the same, more like orange tinted water, no flavor and bitter. I brought it back, again politely told the lady it wasn't right and ordered something else. All I was told was they are the same that they always are. Fine, I paid and won't be coming back.
Just a great time with family.
On the web site it has food, went there and all they had was ice cream!! Wasn't happy 😕
Could be cleaner and way too cold inside. Ice cream cones were not consistent
Should add an iq test to their application.
Baby, clean and good service
I got a the royal New York cheese cake blizzard in a large and I am really upset I spent the money on it Because they didn’t put the strawberries in the middle. Waist of money.
Great ice cream!

This place hasn't changed it's interior since at least 1980 and I hope it never changes. Love having the immediate nostalgia trip everytime I step through those doors.

The young girls that work here are SO rude and unfriendly it's unbelievable! They don't greet you, they don't even crack a slight smile! Come on girls... Hint hint- if you work for tips smiling will get you more $$$$! Duh
Parking: There's no handicapped ramp for wheelchairs by the door. There is a narrow ramp at the back of the building that a stroller or maybe a walker could use but definitely not wide enough for a wheelchair.

On the night of my wife’s birthday, we found ourselves at the end of a long 4.5 hour car ride coming home, craving a special treat. We arrived just before closing (we know, everyone hates that) but employee Chris went above and beyond helping us out. He was patient, offered good suggestions, and hooked us up with a special blizzard complete with a lit birthday candle for my wife! If he’s not already shift manager, he should be! Someone give this man a raise! Thanks Chris!

Shout out to the crew who worked at night on 7/24/24! After great service for the ice cream tonight, I left my Stanley cup here, and by the time I noticed it was gone, it was after hours and I was 40min away. I fully expected them not to answer when I called the store, but they answered. They graciously put my Stanley in a safe agreed upon spot outside the store for me to pick up. Thank you again!
