If I did not order extra cheese as a topping, I probably would not have any cheese!!!!! Pizza was very dry! Female working counter was very rude….think she was manager, all the more reason to not act like that!!!!! The employees and the pizza are awful!!

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM Domino's Pizza IN COLUMBIA!!!! IN THE PAST 6 YEARS I HAVE COMPLAINED TWICE, ONCE BECAUSE MY PIZZA WAS NOT COOKED!!!!!!!! AND I ASKED FOR ANOTHER AND THAN TODAY WHEN MY PIZZA WAS DELIVERED CRUSHED!!!!! I ASKED FOR A REFUND BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICLOUS THE WAY IT WAS DELIVERED AND I WAS HUNG UP ON!!!! AND THAN TOLD BECAUSE I COMPLAINED ONCE BEFORE I AM NOT ABLE TO BE GIVEN A REFUND EVEN THOUGH I TIPPED THE DRIVER $5!!!!!!! Ordered online and the order got sent to Columbia (I can’t choose the location). The restaurant calls me 20 minutes later to say they decided I’m out of their delivery area. The manager than proceeds to be rude and tell me it’s not her problem and continues pushing on me in a mean, snarky and belittling attitude. Then she proceeds to tell me “go head, report me and I’ll report you”. Well, I’m frightened and quivering waiting on your report Charlie.
This dominoes is Definitley, better than Delaware. but the only issue i had is i found a hair in my food and the Employess were not wearing gloves they need to make sure their employees are washing their hands wearing gloves and wearing proper hair restraints. Other then that i was impressed illl be back.

past 3 orders pizzas missing toppings! need to pay attention to what people order. meatzza pizza with bannana peppers and onoins forgot the meat. drivers are great! wont be back!

For the most part, they do quite well. Pizzas are usually good, hot, and tasty. Deliveries are usually prompt, and the drivers follow instructions. Our last (1/22/23) order was a different story. Pizza was greasy, tasted like it sat around for hours, and took almost an hour to be delivered. We're moving in a couple weeks, so I guess this is our last Domino's order...there's a local pizza shop that delivers to our new address, and their pizzas are spectacular! So long, Domino's...we're going family-owned from now on!

I went in to order cheesy bread, and I walked out the door and threw it in the trash. I was so disgusted with this place. I’m sitting there waiting for my food to get done. and mice ran across the floor ran right underneath the Coke cooler so I brought it to their attention and they seemed like they didn’t even freaking care. It’s an ongoing issue. So I offered to take care of it because I am an exterminator and they told me they have their own pest control company. I laughed and said they’d be fired if it be my company because they obviously aren’t taken care of the issue.
