I have mixed emotions about this place. I'm here almost every day because it's so close to my house. The only really good thing is the woman who works in the morning that leaves at 12pm, I'm not sure what her name is. She has so much energy, is so sweet and just the thing you need while being handed a cup of coffee in the morning!! She's quick and efficient and my order is always correct when she's there. That's the positive. The negative is everything that happens when she's NOT working. The establishment is the literal opposite. Slow, inefficient and lifeless. If you go inside, there's 5 people sta ding around doing nothing, making and drinking their own coffee and don't even acknowledge you standing at the counter. At the drive through, you wait and wait just for the order to most likely be wrong and given to you by very bleak individuals. Basically, give that woman a raise and hire people who enjoy their jobs!

This past weekend I bought an ice coffee and there were coffee grinds in the bottom of my cup and when I called the woman was so rude. Store is always dirty, Workers outside smoking weed and you want into this place and no one asks if they can help you. Everyone is on their phones. This place should either shut down or get a new complete staff.

I love coming to this store because they always get my order correct! Cindy has such a wonderful attitude and I appreciate that she knows me by name!! She never lets me down and always remains positive! She’s quick but most importantly, thorough! Give her a raise immediately! 🙂

I should have read the reviews before going through the drive thru and trying to order. They gave me another customers order and clearly cant read numbers as per the picture attached. I paid for a large and got a medium. Smh

Because of my severe addiction to Dunkin coffee with blueberry syrup, I frequent this location several mornings a week. Im not always a morning person so the less people interaction, the better. I always place a mobile order and swing to the drive through to grab it. Cindy is almost always at the window to greet me. She is a perky ray of sunshine on my sometimes grumpy mornings. She never hesitates to smile, greet with so much enthusiasm, and wish me (and sometimes my son) a great day. She has knocked me out of many a bad mood and I appreciate her so very much. Keep spreading the joy, Cindy!
