Why is it that every time I come here you guys never have glazed donuts or enough donuts in general. Dunkin’ DONUTS is the name of the business and yet you never have enough.
Croissant sandwich came out hard like it’s a few days old Croissants should be soft and flaky not crispy and hard

Went yesterday morning for 2 donuts. Walked up to the register to order. They were busy at the drive thru and I wasn’t in a hurry. But instead of greeting me with a Hello or Hi, the rude lady behind the counter (not sure if employee or management) I was rudely told if I was paying with a card I needed to use the kiosk and if not they would get to me when they could. I didn’t mind waiting (I was paying cash) but to not even be greeted nicely and made to feel like a nuisance bc I was paying with cash was unacceptable. I’ve worked in the service industry for over 25 years and would NEVER have talked to a customer like that. If that’s how Dunkin employees treat people that pay with cash I will gladly take my $$ to a business that appreciates it!!

Just sat at the drive thru screen for 10 mins while 3 employees just stared at me smoking cigarettes I asked if anyone was gunna take my order an they just chuckled at me I pulled up to the windows where the drive thru attendant apologized an gave me doughnuts for the inconvenience I don't normally have issues at this location it was kinda alarming that 90% of the staff looked like junkies

I would have given 5 stars if they could be some kind of consistent. I stayed at a nearby hotel and went there several times per day, getting a pup cup for my dog each day. Some days I was charged for the pup cup, some days not. But if I'm being charged for it, I want the donut hole in it. If you're giving it for free, then I'm ok with the mini cup of whipped cream. But to change it on the last day of our 2 week stay and my dog was seriously confused. Well FU to the manager ...you upset my dog and you don't know your job if no one on your team could tell me if they were even supposed to charge for it. Hint: they DONT when you're not there lol. Glad to be moving on to a better Dunkin!

Karen Hash and her team here are always pleasant and helpful. They take the time to care about their customers and even call their regulars by name. Whenever there has been a problem, which has been rare, it was corrected immediately and without hesitation. I will continue to support this local business.
Parking: Never have trouble parking here, but during high volume periods it can get a little chaotic.

I waited for four hours at the dunkin while my car was getting worked on, so I heard numerous conversations with customers. EVERYONE was cheerful and nice and seemed like they enjoyed working there and with each other. Even the young woman who was told by a creepy older man to “smile more” handled the situation with grace and good service. They all worked quickly to help everyone with their orders and kept the place running smoothly.

The girl behind the counter stopped to check her cell phone before turning around to take my order. Then walked away to chat with a friend someone else made the coffee and I stood there as the buzzed around aimlessly until I had to ask for the rest of my order.

The staff here made my day. They were busy, under pressure, but stayed not only calm, but were very kind to me and the other customers. They were kind to each other and made a great team. A place I would enjoy working in. Dining area was clean. Food was hot, fresh, and quickly served to our group. I don't advise trying to take a bus into their parking lot.
