I understand that this is a fast food joint but ya’ll have got to do better. There’s no reason for me to request extra pickles and then open up my burgers to only having two tiny pickles on each of them. I seriously had to double check to make sure the receipt said extra pickles on all the burgers. Time and time again this location puts in rarely any effort and I don’t think it’s too much to ask that I get what I request on the food that I pay for. I’ll unfortunately be back eventually since this is the only Mcdonald’s close to me but I just really hope one of these days, there’ll be some effort shown in the food. It’s to the point where I can’t even be surprised that my food is wrong in one way or another😟

If you ask for fresh fries, you probably won’t get them. Also, word of advice to the staff- if someone pulls up to drive thru and you’re not ready to take their order, instead of letting them sit in silence, say “I will be with you in a moment, thank you for your patience”. Super easy.

Do not order from the Columbia, PA McDonald's!! They're more expensive than any other around. To begin with, I ordered DoorDash and half my order was missing. Therefore, my family and I just paid $40+ for an awful BREAKFAST. Not to mention, my child received no food. I am now going to have to make a meal and drive for coffee when I paid for this service!! I'm so incredibly disgusted and disappointed. NEVER AGAIN!!! Try taking some pride in what you do McDonald's!! 🤔 😡

This is the second time now that I did a mobile order and they claim it was canceled on my end and try telling me that I have to reorder it when it already took the money out of my account. Last time this happened I got double charged and couldn’t dispute the one transaction🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

Every time we come here the food is never hot, no matter what day or time. Fries are “warm” never hot. Our burgers just made their not hot either, more like room temp. This WILL be the LAST time I come to McDonalds in Columbia.
Lucky I can’t put 0 stars. Went through the drive through and saw roaches through the window. When they were handing me my food I asked for a refund due to the roaches but instead got a mouth full of attitude. Asked to speak with a manager apparently I was already speaking to one, very sad. Poor management not showing a good example to other co-workers at the place.

I just picked up a curbside order and the woman who brought me my food was plain & simple so kind & polite. She addressed me by name, told me to have a great Thanksgiving, a nice rest of my day, gave me some extra napkins and went on her way. Such a simple interaction but she seemed to be genuinely happy which you unfortunately don’t encounter as much these days, especially in the fast food industry and it was just a nice interaction. Made my day. Thank you to whoever she is. I appreciate it!
