And while communication felt a bit difficult at points---my initial request didn't get opened for several days and it took some follow up on my part during their limited business hours--we got a final result we were delighted with.

We recently moved from out of state and have been on the hunt for a new cake shop. I am so glad I stumbled upon The Flour Child! The cake they created for our daughter’s 2nd birthday was beautiful and delicious. The customer service was also top tier (no pun intended)! I was unable to carry the cake out since I had my toddler with me and they carried it to my car for me. The ordering process was easy and the price was incredibly fair. I am so excited to use them for our special occasions going forward!

Oh Alixe! 10 out of 10! Not only has she been doing cakes for my family for a while this one was a special one for me as it was for my daughter’s quinceañera! She helped me come up with the perfect design cause I had this poor woman everywhere with all the cake ideas haha (sorry girl!) but her attention to detail is muah - chef kiss* she listened and made me feel good and guided me in coming up with this beautiful cake! Her cakes are also reasonably priced and delicious! I would recommend her every single time! 💕
