Excellent food and service. The only drawback was the temperature in the restaurant. It was a hot summer evening and it was rather warm in the restaurant. Maybe the AC wasn't working too well.

Ordered Pizza and was delivered laying on its side. I wish I could upload pictures on this to let everybody see how these people have their pizzas delivered.

I work down the street says there open till like 10pm walked up to get some lunch. Open sign on, and all the lights on like it’s open and the doors locked. Waited outside for 15mins and nothing smh 🤦♂️ I was hungry but I guess I won’t ever return to this establishment. What kind of place keeps the doors locked when they are supposed to be open.

First time ordering from this location. Plain cheese pizza and fries nothing special. But let me say the taste and quality screams hues of late spring and early summer small town carnival. If you've had it, you know

Under new management, new manager is not the nicest and a snob, me and my friends tried getting some wings an hour before this place closed and were told they close in half an hour and we could not order our food. the hours were removed from the windows when new manager took over, and the food quality, level of service, atmosphere, and the general quality of this place dropped significantly. me and my friends used to come here every monday but since this new manager sucks we have to find a new place. please fire this guy and bring back the old quality of parma pizza!

Used to be fantastic with the previous owners. New owners aren’t very friendly and will refuse service out of laziness. The new employees like to close half an hour early and refuse service so they can close early. The food quality has dropped to dollar general style pizza. I can’t enjoy a conversation in the place without being randomly interrupted by random eavesdropping. Doesn’t like to make certain food because they aren’t in the mood. Just generally not great service. I recommend going across the street they have better service, better food, and a lot of room. Authentic vibe and we can trust to enjoy ourselves. Check out level up pizza and grill!

Usually very good. However tonight I placed a prefer for delivery and had selected the “no jalapeños” option on the spiced Hawaiian pizza for my kids. They love the pineapple but they are tots so spicy peppers is a no go. It was delivered covered in jalapeño. I called in and explained my concern, the gentleman on the phone argued me and talked over me to spout my order back to me. It was pretty rude and certainly not helpful at all. I am a business owner and wouldn’t give a customer a hard time like that over a couple dollars worth of pizza.

Great experience came here to get food on my lunch break. The cook was eating on break I assume and unfortunately what I ordered he had to make so he stopped and made me my food with no hesitation. Great customer service they were friendly and nice the conversation were great so was the atmosphere. 10 stars! Glad we are across the street from you!

They gave me the wrong thing then would not correct the problem
Ordered 4 pizzas for takeout. $74
L. cheese, L. pepperoni, L.Supreme, M.Buffalo chicken.
Everything was good except for the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. The menu online describes the pizza as "grilled chicken, wing sauce, mozzarella, bleu cheese." However, it also has pizza sauce on it. I've never had Buffalo chicken pizza before that also has regular pizza sauce. Not sure if the mistake was made in restaurant, or on the menu, either way, it was not appetizing and was a huge let down for my Buffalo lovers that night.

What a bad experience here at this place i wouldn’t recommend anybody to eat here….clearly it’s not the same people, its a whole different new crew …
Let’s get started …went in to pay for my food the man never had on gloves to begin with when dealing with food (disgusting ) he stands about 5’7 looks Mexican, heavyset, and sweaty.(YUCK)? he then came over to rang me out at the register, after dealing with cash.
He then proceeded to go back to the food without washing his hands or putting on gloves. ?
This is the part that grossed me out!!! (He put his bare hands into the small bag) to open it up after dealing with cash and having sweaty hands, if that’s the way they prepare the bag before they put the fries in disgusting.
He was so rude you can’t miss him when you walk in. I noticed other dirty habits but you guys can go see for yourself. I would never come back here again.

The pizza here was on another level of delicious. The cheesesteak pizza was outstanding. I might be an addict of it now. I live about 30 minutes away but it is definitely worth the drive. Definitely will be back sooner than later. Bravo Parma!!
