I placed an order at the drive through of the Wendy's at Columbia Ave and Prospect rd. approximately 6:03 pm. The young man who took my order was polite and professional. The food was well prepared. If you need a receipt, you do not want to go to this Wendy's. Abby at the second window, who appeared to be having a bad day, stated she could not give me a receipt as she was out of paper. When I asked if I could park and come in to get a receipt, she stated their was no paper in the entire restaurant ???

As a food delivery driver, I have to say that this store is so ridiculously slow. This store is horrible for how long their food takes. Im going to decline pick-up orders from here in the future because it's not worth the 10 to 15 minute wait every time I get here.

There was one car in front of me at the drive-through and I was kind of in a hurry, so I was relieved that it wasn’t a big line of people. Well from when I pulled up behind them to when I got my food was 23 minutes and it wasn’t like that court ordered a lot because they just handed them one bag out the window. Time and time again I give that Wendy’s a chance and it’s always so so so so so slow and it was weird because they asked for my credit card which is normal for payment and I paid and then the guy hands me my sandwich. I was expecting my card back, but then that came in about two minutes later. Just a waste of my life

Whoever is on closing shift tonight (feb 11th @ 11:30pm) it’s cute that we seen you through the window while you were trying to hide and ignore the phone calls and ignore us at the speaker even though you close at 1am. I love how people just get paid to sit around and do absolutely nothing anymore these days🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra tomato. Got in the car and drove off, opened my sandwich to find that they just gave me a plain sandwich with absolutely nothing on it…

2. they’re supposedly open until 1 am (or later), but I’ve been there at 12:45 a number of times and they were closed already. I get that they want to get off and go home, but change your listed hours if your employees won’t follow the ones you have posted

We stopped in for a quick bite while running around. There was a couple waiting while one worker packed up an order for the group in front of the couple. There were at least 5 people in the kitchen, including a manager, and only ONE person handling the orders. I'm not even sure if the couple ahead of me had ordered yet. I made eye contact with the manager TWICE and both times she went and hid in a corner in the back to avoid helping. There was no one in the drive through, it was not busy by any means or I would have understood. From what I saw the manager was just gossiping in the back with an employee. Manager was a woman, maybe late 20's to early 30's, darkish hair in a pony tail. Upon eye contact the second time she just asked who was working the front before returning to a corner where she couldn't be seen to continue doing nothing.

Lady locked the dining room at 9:20 and dining room doesn’t lock until 10pm. Then proceeded to flip us off. They refuse to answer their phone. They need better management and employees.
