Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Guy at the drivethru window does not care pretty much threw our drinks and food at us after he proceeded to get angry with us for waiting at the first winfoe like he asked. The food was completly burnt and inedible fries were grosd and completly cold this establishment needs shut down or they need all new staff will mot ever be returning to this wendys very dissatisfied.

AVOID this wendys. Tried going a few days ago around 1:30pm. Maybe 5-6 cars ahead of me and I literally waited 20 minutes and still wasn’t at the pickup window for my food so drove off. Went again tonight with my husband at 9pm. One car in front of us, took 10 minutes for them to take our order, waited 5 minutes at the window. Food was terrible. Fries were inedible, my frosty was completely melted and foamy, husbands burger was ice cold and was as if they barely cooked it. Complete waste of time and money and the employees could care less. We literally watched the dude just stand there and wait for the people cooking to hand him our food and he waited until we drove away to begin taking the car that was behind us their order

This place is a joke and they need to close it down, last 2 weeks i came here to picked up the orders from drive thru and they will make me wait for like 30 mins, they knew i was in drive thru and they don't even care to acknowledge my presence, so after waiting for 30 mins i drove up to the front window to confront whoever is in charge. And instead i get an attitudes from the manager, telling me they don't have enough employees when he clearly have so many people in the kitchen. To anybody out there be aware of this place and I am not coming back here either

Accuracy and quality are always good for me at this location. They are VERY slow though. It is very common to spend 10+ minutes in the drive thru with less than 4 cars total in the line.

Parent Review for a Underage Staff: I always new this location to be dirty messy but motivated my kid to work and start path, this location has been a nightmare for their first job experience and I as a parent as well. Discrimination and unprofessionalism by the Managers. People get away with behaviors that are unethical to Wendy's mission statement and code of conducts.

The waiting in line is ridiculous, never ever get my order right. Last time I was here I asked for a baked potato with cheese bacon and sour cream, when I got home the damn potato was plain, no cheese or bacon or sour cream and cold like an ice cube, this place really sucks, to bad is the only Wendy's up

Every single time I go to this location I am waiting an absurdly long time for any type of service or food despite the fact that the parking lot is empty.... I don't know if maybe they are overwhelmed with mobile orders but something does not seem right for them to be this ungodly slow ALLLLLL of the time. I have now been in the drive through for almost 15 minutes... I honestly don't know why I keep coming back here this will likely be my last visit if I even proceed through the drive through... I really don't understand what the hell goes on in the store.

I need to update my review of this place since it has gone down so much. The last three times I was there I had to wait for so long, and the food is never correct. Yesterday we waited 10 minutes and no one would even take our order. The manager kept walking past us and didn't even acknowledge we were standing there. We ended up leaving.

Avoid this location if you can. Unbelievably slow service, employees were pretty careless, and after a long wait for the food most of it wasn’t hot. It’s almost as though they didn’t seem cook things to completion. Will not be going back here.
