I haven't been on FB for years but I will for TH. My opinion is that they are in violation of labeling rules with the sneaky underhanded way their chemical concoction in the ice cream area is labeled at my grocer and purposely IMH OPINION to deceive customers. I am happy to make people aware of that when I buy ice cream, frozen dairy dessert is in super small fonts and almost impossible for people to read. Talk about abuse of FPLA, TH is the poster child example. And the premium product, huh, what exactly is premium glop?

They no longer make ice cream. everything is now "frozen dairy dessert." There may be 2 flavors of actual ice cream left but I'm sure those will be phased out as well. They are also charging ice cream prices for "frozen dairy dessert" which is made of oils and chemicals. Watch the labels because they are sneaking in the changes!!! Disappointed.

Just tried the Late Night Salted Caramel Espresso. Very disappointing texture, consistency and flavor. And disgusting hard bits of what I presume were espresso bits. Tried calling customer service and after 10 mins and 21 seconds on hold was told to call back another time!!

Hi used to love your ice-cream and would buy 3 to 4 gallons at a time but I've noticed that you have changed the chocolate peanut butter has way less ribbons of peanut butter and the cookie dough has way less cookie dough same for the moose tracks awfull almost all vanilla with a small amount of pb cups and chocolate I understand your trying to save money on costs and cut back but it's just a big let down I've been buying your ice-cream for 10 years and I'm done Friendly's ice-cream it is ....how sad please to make it the way you did before and just charge accordingly thank you

Called 2/11/2025 at 4:40pm and they were closed , they must not be able to READ there own hours IT said 5:00 pm. that's right 5pm. They also don't tell the consumers that MOST of there ICE CREAM IS NOT ICE CREAM it's "frozen dairy desert" a CHEEP version like Dairy Queen.

Turkey Hill Peanut Butter Ripple was my favorite, I bought a half gallon last month, hardly any peanut butter in it. I bought another half gallon this week, same issue! Time to buy a different brand I guess.....

They changed there vanilla bean ice cream which is now just false advertising, it is just vanilla they took out all the beans should just make vanilla only and delete vanilla bean instead they just ruined a good thing

I used to love Turkey Hill ice cream for years and years up until recently they changed the ingredients. I know because I rode to the company. And I just can't get myself to get used to the acquired taste, it's not as good as it was. So now I'm going to have to look for another ice cream that's good and it's a shame that everybody has to mess with the ingredients when you have a good thing going. So you lost my business I just can't do it but sometimes gives me a bad aftertaste I guess it's the type of gum that they use now it's like a chemical before I never had that for many many years and definitely it's not me it's the ice cream because I was told they did change it up by somebody that works there I have the email to prove it

Turkey Hill Double Dunker has been our favorite for years. It is chocolate mocha ice cream with cookie dough pieces and chocolate cookie swirl. I bought 2 this past week at Food Lion. Neither one has any chocolate swirls and very few cookie dough pieces. Very disappointing.
Best iced tea I have ever had in my opinion. I wish they would distribute to california

I bought Turkey Hill ice cream from Walmart the Brownie fudge flavor and the brownie pieces taste weird my husband agreed I don’t even wanna eat anymore of it

I delivered here late due to reefer problems loading the trailer, they took me in had me u loaded in under an hour and supplied me with complimentary water and ice cream. There were no rude people and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
