I purchased Turkey Hill Chocolate Chocolate Chip ice cream- there were no chocolate chips in there, it was basically chocolate ice cream. The outside of the container is very misleading. I actually had to add chocolate chips when serving it to my children. Would not ever buy this again.

Delivered here on 6/17/25. I didn't have an appointment as it was an open window. Waited a little bit, but it wasn't bad. Hit the dock, and it was about 45 min to unload. I appreciate the free fruit punch! Very nice people!

Carlisle Street store in Hanover overcharged me one dollar. When I brought it to their attention, they said they couldn’t help me. They just ring things up. I will change my review when someone contacts me. I go to the store on Baltimore Street and the girls there are very very nice. I go there every day. 2/$5 and a 2.09 coffee.

Never me back to load here!!!! Drivers besides being difficult to get to this facility because of low bridges and a bunch of no trucks roads the warehouse is out in the middle of nowhere. They have plenty of empty parking spaces. But they have no consideration for us OTR truck drivers!! They won't even let you stay after loading for 2 hrs in order to get your drive hrs back!!! Because of the lack of consideration I refuse to ever come to this place again..we need to get together and stop the abuse!! Refuse loads to companies that do not care for driver safety or accommodations!!

My first time here I was treated well was loaded 2hrs earlier ,receptionist was 👍...loaders were so fast and happy guys...I am sure they are like this always.

All was well until I got to shipping on top of hill the load had a terrible attitude and when I asked him a question he just threw his hand up did not answer anything . This 05/18/25 hope the company reads this and address this problem with there worker.
